Very Happy but....    12/28/2008
I have used this for a week and notice a very big improvement in my skin. I notice it is tighter and smoother. But I am disappointed that when I went to order the crystals they are not available alone. Please HSN offer this your customers or we will go elsewhere. Don't care for the cleanser I use my own from Wei East.

I've used this about four times, and I love it. I just had my 59th birthday, and I really think I see a difference in my skin, I know it feels better. Love the cleansing brush, I feel like I am really getting my skin clean. I have selected autoship, but I noticed you don't get the cleansing brush with that. Please make the cleansing brushes a seperate buy. I'm sure I'm going to need more brushes.

Relaxing, Cute, Expensive / , CA   12/20/2008
Actual facial was relaxing. I have always had sensitive skin around my nose this product irritated this area so I won’t use it in that area. I was disappointed only because the instructions tell you the steps to follow including step #4 moisturizer) but this item is not included in this package. Why would they tell me to do this step if this item is not included? Do I now need to purchase this item to get the true advertised effects? I haven't noticed a difference in my skin yet.

I have had problem skin since I was a teen. I'm now 23 and am so happy with this system. My skin is clear and now glows with a healthy shine. If I have to ad to the kit, it's less than a visit to the dermotologist. I highly recommend this to all ages.

Fair Product But Disappointed / , CA   12/15/2008
This is an okay product and it works but there are definitive draw backs. The kit won't last you long and the refill kits are expensive so you either have to get a new kit or keep refilling and both get expensive. If the refill kits didn't cost as much I would give it a better review. I expected more from Susan. Disappointed.

i ordered this kit and use it 2 times. i have sensitive dry skin and this irritated my skin. the morning after using this my face was sore and felt raw. my cheeks were bright red and very dry. i had to use vaseline to get the moisture back in my cheeks. this maybe good for some people but if you have sensitive dry skin i would not recommend this product.

I bought this kit out of curiousity since I've heard about this product and saw the infomercial on TV like 50 times. Used it last night and I was skeptical at first b/c it felt weird all the vibrations. This morning I looked at my face and WOW! One application and my skin look so vibrant and soft! Cant wait to use it again tonight LOL. I am buying one more kit for the back up. I wish for cheaper refil kit, too!

I just red'd this. I have always had large pores. I used the brush with the cleanser and I say a big change immediately. I am extremely satisfied after just one use.

Thank you Susan. I loved all of the products in this kit, I tried it immediately after opening and reading directions. It worked right before my eyes. My face feels glowy and alive. I am looking foward to using it again in a few more days.
