We use it for all kinds of things, it's easy to clean and user friendly. It does so much more than just sandwiches, it grills meat etc...get it when you can, you won't regret it. Great price for the quality.

I purchased three of these, two as birthday gifts. One came with the latch broken. The latch on the second broke after only using it twice. Waiting to see if the third has the same issues. It runs hot on the outside and I don't like the fact that there is no on or off switch. I am very disappointed, expected this to be of a higher quality.

Meals are easier to prepare in less time. Perfect for on the go, in a hurry, its fast and convient to use. I use some cooking spray at times, just play it with and have fun. You won't regret buying this product. This has become a must in our home, great for RV camping and home us.

Wolfgang Puck truly designed a WONDERFUL product that my entires family uses every week. Everything comes out perfect, from the steaks, chicken breasts, shrimp you name it, it remains moist and it is very quick. I took it along to a resort we recently visited, everyone commented on the fragrance and taste of the food.....For the price you can't beat it.

I have been using this everyday for 6 months with no plate problems at all. This makes the BEST steaks, chicken, sandwiches, bacon, fish; I've tried it all. I even put off buying a new expensive outdoor grill this summer because this little guy does such a great job. I am now buying more for Christmas gifts.

I purchased this grill in April. It got so hot it burnt bread both top and bottom before cheese was melted. WP sent a replacement base unit which I rec'd yesterday. When I was putting the grill plates into the new unit, the top one would not latch. The little 'hook' just didn't fit properly over the place it needed to hook onto...my husband 'tweeked' it just a bit and now latchs. I'm hoping this unit doesn't overheat.

No problem with re-instaliing the plates. Cooks meats and poultry better than expected. I only wish they had the waffle plates for this smaller grill................Luv It!

Very Disappointed

The two week old Panini Maker Duet top plate would not latch back after I cooked with it the first time, I took out the top plate to wash it, and it would not latch back. It is being returned.

I'M GLAD I DIDN'T LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS STOP ME FROM GETTING MY PANINI DUET. I JUST LOVE MINE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF WOLFGANG PUCK'S PRODUCTS. I WATCH HIM ON ALL THE PRESENTATIONS, SHOWING HOW TO USE THE PRODUCTS. I LOVE THIS SMALLER PANINI DUET. THANKS, HSN AND WOLFGANG PUCK. THE FIRST THING I COOKED WAS BACON, IT TURNED OUT GREAT!!!!!
