I prepared reuben sandwiches today......fantastic!!! I've never had a contact grill work so well. I am cooking chicken on it tomorrow. Clean up is a snap just as shown on the demo and it's a great looking appliance to have out on the counter top. Thanks HSN and Wolfgang for another great product!

I love, love, love this product, easy to use, easy to clean and if you have meat already marinating, super fast way to fix a quick meal. I did not have the problem like the other gals did with the upper plate and I'm glad. I've several Wolfgang's items and love them all. Thanks

I recieved this yesterday, followed the book made great teriaki chick brest (3) in 6 minutes. Then for breakfast I made bacon (we like it at 2 min. not 3) I really think it is great. You have to pay attention when putting the grills on so that they click. I make sure and have not had a problem. When you make thousands of anything there could always be chance for a problem or two. Grow up and take your time. Love it and would buy more for gifts.

I just received/used it and am totally delighted. I've previously had 2 other brands of indoor grills--both were complete disappointments. I trashed one and returned the other after 2 uses because the food juices/liquids ran under the grill plates onto the heating element. Puck's indoor grill has deeper groves for better grilling and browns/crusts the food just like an outdoor grill. I love it so much, I decided to write my very first review of any product I've ever purchased!!

I've been using this every single day since receiving it! I've cooked chicken, steaks, burgers and they come out GREAT !!!

This is the best grill by far. I have used it everyday with great results! I like the fact that it is light and it grills everything to perfection. I am very surprized with how easy it is to clean no scrubbing, so what if it does'nt have an on or off switch. What do you want for $39.00 bucks? P.S. I have not had any problems with the grill plates falling off,you must not be putting them on correctly! I am buying 2 more for gifts at the higher price! Thank you for this perfect size grill!

I TOO WAS EXCITED TO ORDER THE PRODUCT BUT HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE THE TOP GRILL PLATE WOULD NOT STAY LOCKED IN.I KNOW HOW TO READ INSTRUCTIONS AND THE PRODUCT IS A HAZARD TO USE.

I just received my panini. I was discouraged to even open up the pkg based on the previous comments left- but, I wanted to make sure mine worked. I to watched & taped the show where the plates fell off & the host could not put them place. I was very careful to pull it out and unwrapped it. I made sure that I placed the plates in the latch & listened carefully for the snap. Mine was spotless & sparkless - I even messed with the plates & they did not fall out! Another Great Product.......
Broke before I got to use it.

The top grill would not stay on. I did read the directions and there was a defect in the top where it was supposed to snap in. I can't say how it worked because I didn't get to cook on it.

I fell into HSN by accident last week. They were previewing the Panini Duet. I am so glad that I bought this. Have used it since it was delivered. Quickly heats up to cooking temp., easy to clean after, love the crispy outside created on the foods. Very happy with this item, will look more closely at this line. |
