Beautiful Pans / , TX   6/13/2009
I love this set. I have had the MOST expenisve stainless steel set of pots and pans, and even those discolor at some point. I think it is because it is metal, and metal reacts to heat. My pans have NOT changed color or left spots. They are beautiful and I love opening my cabinets to see them. If they do spot or discolor slightly, who cares! It just shows how much they are loved :)

POOR CLEANUP / , PA   5/27/2009
I find the cookware does not clean up well. In fact, I'm embarrassed to show my large fry pan to anyone because of the residue it leaves behind. Is there a particular cleaner available to attain the desired newness again? The fact of the residue or dull appearance causes me to fear for the safeness of using this product. I wrote to Wolfgang's website and received no reply. Also, one lid was bent when received.

SO DISSAPOINTED!!!!!    5/6/2009
I was so excited about my new cookware set it was suppose to be a christmas gift from my husband. I did my research on every cookware on hsn and qvc before I bought this set. It was beautiful when I opened the box the weight on the pots were very heavy which I was pleased with. How ever after one use, the pot turned colors on me.I even bought another set which was his stove top deep fryer it was horrible after one use as well. Please don't waste your time or money on any of his cook ware

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY / , NJ   1/21/2009
I purchased this cookware set for my mother for Christmas and I was extremely disappointed with the craftsmanship of this set. The FIRST set I received had deep cuts in the metal and the SECOND set I received had bent lids. Mr. Puck should bury his head in the sand for putting his name on these products. So once again all five foot of me is off to the UPS store to return a forty pound box of pots. Please save your money!

Only problem spots.... / , LA   1/19/2009
This is the first cookware that I bought that doesn't have the non stick.. I like this set very much and glad I purchased and would do so again if I needed more pieces. The only problem was spots on the inside. I wash by hand and dry them and doesn't help.

EXCITED THEN DISAPPOINTED / , IL   1/18/2009
My mom bought this for me as a Birthday/Christmas present.I was so excited when I got it and started using it that night! After about 3 days of cooking up a storm everything was sticking and there are always spots on the cookware,no matter how much you wash and dry them. I will continue to shop Hsn and already have some Wolfgang cookware that does not give me problems.I was very disappointed in this product.

Instructions would be nice / , CT   12/26/2008
I bought this as a present for myself. Looks good out of the box and seems to give an even cook thus far. Problem is, there is nothing included giving any kind of instruction as far as care and maintenance. Additionally, I am no novice in the kitch but cannot for the life of me figure out where the glass steamer is supposed to go. It doesn't really fit well in any of the provided pots and the included glass lid seems a bit loose and precarious. Instructions would of made this purchase an infinitaly better experience.

I'm so pleased with the cookware. It cooks evenly and the rapid response to heat is amazing - almost as good as my copper cookware. Browning is excellent with good fond. I already use A.C. and copper and this is easier to keep looking "new". Stains? Don't use such high heat. Sticking? Follow the instructions - don't move the food immediately after putting it in the pan. Wait for it to release itself. I will buy more WP Bistro Elite for myself and friends that can cook>

I actually liked this set- Compared to buying each pot and pan seperatly , its a great deal. I read the instruction to heat pan first, the oil , then food, and not to put in dishwasher, and do not scrub with an abrassive pad. It does heat fast, boil fast, and heat evenly, but everything sticks! And it started to discolor afer the 1st use - ive spent a lot of time cleaning it , trying to get the dark spots off . the shny steel look was short lived . I guess you have to weigh the pro''s and cons
