The monitor did NOT work!!! The day after we received, I called the manuf. to tell them that the monitor did not work. They sent USPS to pick it up stating that they would ship me another. A week after the pickup, I called and was told that they were out of stock and would not be available for three weeks. The machine itself worked fine and did give me a workout, but I wanted a machine with a monitor. I called HSN and they picked this waste of money up.

It came in 3days. It wasn't very heavy &I put it together myself. The directions could have been better written, it wasn't always clear what I was suppose to do but it didn't take long. The DVD is beyond boring, other than the technique portion it isn't interesting, horrible actually. I am generally satisfied,it's sturdy&easy to move.I did work up a sweat quickly &it's easy to do.My expectations weren't very high maybe that's why I'm not disappointed.
not worth it

I purchased this item, and I couldn't wait to get it to get back in shape. It arrived on Friday and I tried to assemble it but the unit was damaged. HSN was soldout and they told me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I didn't think it was worth it so after bugging HSN for a couple of days they finally agreed to have it picked up to UPS on their dime. Not worth the hassle.

Took an hour to put together. The monitor works. I can do 40 minutes every other day and work up a good sweat. The machine is steay-no wobbling. And it's quiet. LOVE IT LOVE IT

This model is not worth the money. The only thing that makes it different from the cheaper models is the monitor and all the functions it can do. When I first got the Gazelle, I could not get the monitor to work. I called HSN and they notified the manufacturer who sent me another one two weeks later. The second one did not work either. I now have to pay to ship it all back. BUYER BEWARE!!

The directions/diagrams could have been easier to understand. After it was all put together, it should not have been so difficult. Following all the directions is necessary, but they could have also been written better. It is pretty sturdy and a better workout than I expected. The monitor did not work and I am suppose to get a replacement. That is why I was leaning toward a 3. The monitor could have been better quality and attached differently. I like the fact that it is quiet.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS ITEM. I FELL THAT PROBABLY THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS DURING ASSEMBLY. YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY.IT DOES NOT WOBBLE OR MOVE WHEN I USE IT.IT WAS NOT DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. I AM SURE I WILL ENJOY USING IT TO GET FULL BODY EXERCISE. THANK YOU TONY. I ALSO HAVE THE STEPPER AND AB LOUNGER EXTREME.
Worst product ever

This is the worst product I have ever ordered from HSN. I can not believe they would offer it. The monitor did not work but I was going to keep it anyway. However, today (3rd day of use) it litterly fell apart. It seemed to work well as far as possible results but was so cheaply crafted. My husband is an engineer so I am sure it was not the lack of skill during assembly that caused the machine to break. Now I have to disassemble this item and pay for the shipping costs to return it.

Gazelle works fine. I had to make sure all the parts were properly lined up and then the bolts were really tightened. My monitor did not work, but HSN is having manufacturer send me another. I am glad this unit folds without the need to remove bolts first. Place the unit on an old sheet to protect flooring/carpeting.

I love this machine. It is very sturdy and easy on my knees. I love it better than my treadmill by far. I dont care for the dvd. I watch tv and do it for about 30 minutes and burn twice as many calories as on the treadmill..GREAT BUY |
