Toni's pieces are usually nice.So I was shocked to see this mess. It is horrific-it looks like my hair after swimming (no combing) in a high wind Toni,what were you thinking? We women want to correct bad hair days,not buy one!

Comb is too heavy and dont think of letting back of head rest on back of couch seat. Hair looks too phony. Sent this product back. I dont know how the models on the program can smile while wearing it.

Well, I ordered the salt and pepper. It arrived in a very short time considering it was Christmas time. I tried it every which way from Sunday. I don't know why it looked so much better on camera. But I think a person would have to have been bald all their lives to really enjoy this piece, cause I guess having some hair is better than having none at all. It looks just like a cotton pickin' grey Squirrels tail on my head, Toni, you have to just stop pushing this one, because it is just not the same in person. Those camera tricks are just not fair!!!!!!!!

LOOKED FAKE AND WHAT A MESS --- RETURNED IT!! / , MA   12/23/2004
I WAS SO EXCITED TO TRY THIS ITEM AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT CAME. IT WAS A MESS OF A THING AND THE CLIP WAS TOO BULKY! I TRIED FLUFFING IT, COMBING IT, ETC.... JUST NOT HAPPENING! I HAVE OTHER HAIR PIECES (NOT TONI'S) AND THIS LOOKED THE MOST UNREAL AND THIS COST MUCH MORE. I AM A WORKING MOM AND I NEEDED A PIECE THAT WOULD MAKE ME LOOK LIKE I SPENT TIME THAT I REALLY DONT HAVE ON MY HAIR. SO DISAPPOINTED. I GOT "SOLD" BUT BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. I ENDED UP RETURNING IT.

The hair is great - BUT the comb is too thick or too big - it sits too high on the head, looks too bulky- too bad - maybe another Toni Pony will work - I'm sure I'll find one.

That "Crimpy hair"    12/23/2004
I, too, had that crimpy hair thingy sticking straight up at the top... yikes!! I simply snipped it out very close to the base of the hair piece.... poof... no weird "crimpy stick up" and it doesn't show where I snipped it out! I figure it must be pretty good quality control since so many of us got that "crimpy thing" right in the top of the piece. Love the hair, Toni, keep it coming... I'll keep buying it! Thanks!!

Like, But Also Had "Crimps" On Top / , NC   12/21/2004
I like this piece very much. I was impressed how much it felt like real hair. However, I was confused at the crimps on top. I thought these crimped pieces were left uncut in the process of constructing it. Are they really supposed to be there? Just curious.

I too noticed some crimps in the product, but the fact that I can wear it two ways thrills me! It matches my dyed hair pretty well, and had planned on getting my hair re-dyed to math the highlights. You can wear the clip so it is a shorter poytail, or upside down to where it makes you look like you have an amazing mane of curls and waves! I adore this, and plan on ordering plenty more Toni products!
