I recieve my today. It another great tony pony. I am really pleased with it. Thanks Toni for another great Hair Accessory. Keep them coming. On of your biggest fans. I truly am since I own over 30 of her hair accessory.

QUALITY ISSUES / , TX

I LOVE THE COLOR AND I HAVE ORDERED MANY OF THIS PARTICULAR PIECE BUT IT IS HIT AND MISS. THE FIRST ONE I GOT WAS FABULOUS AND I HAVE WORN IT LOTS. SINCE THE FIRST ONE I'VE HAD SEVERAL THAT I HAVE RETURNED AND SOME THAT I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH. EVERYTHING FROM KINKY HAIR TO COMBS THAT THE TEETH DO NOT LINE UP ON AND THEREFORE IT DOES NOT FEEL SECURE. THE KINKY HAIR SOMETIMES IS OKAY AND OTHER TIMES IT TOTALLY LOOKS AWFUL. NONE OF THE PIECES HAVE BEEN AS FULL OR GREAT SINCE MY FIRST ONE. PLEASE WORK ON THIS ONE BECAUSE I LOVE IT WHEN IT'S RIGHT!! SHAKING THEM DOES MAKE THEM LOOK BETTER BUT A BAD ONE IS JUST BAD AND NO AMOUNT OF PICKING OR SHAKING HELPS THE LOOK.

I have several of Toni's pieces and they all look wonderful, but this piece was horrible looking. It appeared that the piece had been matted together and that someone tried to brush it out and fix it. It also looked oily and stringy. I was shocked when I recieved it. It went back the next day.

Have bought many of Toni's hair pieces and again I'm very satisfied! Other viewers have mentioned the 'chucks' or 'pencil-like" hair. With that I say pick/shake the hair. Mine came out just beautiful. Some have mentioned the 'kinkyness' I feel it just adds to the naturalness. Again, PICK AT THE HAIRS! You can't just take a wig out of the box and plop it in your head. You have to mess with it first. Shake it over-over/pick at it/take a picking comb/and VOLA!!! Is as advertized and I'm extremly happy. Keep'em coming! I'll be back. Connie in Virginia :)

bad quality

I have many of Toni's pieces...this one is going back. The quality is bad. It's kinky, crimped and the hair sticks out. It looks nothing like the picture.

NEVER been able to wear it! / , CA

I've had this hair piece for almost 2 years and never been able to wear it, due to the unnatural kinky pieces (pencil thickness chunks that look like a crimping iron was used on them). It looks like whoever assembled this piece, mistakenly used the wrong strands when putting it together...perhaps the kinky pieces were meant for another hair piece. I tried to brush it out and what a mistake! It became a rat's nest. So, I washed it (with 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner) and air dried it and it was no longer a rat's nest, but the kinky pieces still remain. This could have been a great hair piece, the claw clip stays in well and the color (medium blonde) matches my hair perfectly.

I ordered this item despite the warnings about the kinky areas described by others. I was very disappointed when I received one with the kinky areas but tried it anyway. It fit great and was a perfect color match but unfortunately, there was no way I could hide the kinkiness. HSN was great about the return. Please, please develop this without the problem. I'm planning on trying other pieces.

WOW! Can't believe the quality slipped SO much... / , MS

I am so disappointed in the difference in qualtiy between this clip and the "identical" one I ordered 6 months ago. It is about half the size, with about half the amount of "hair". It looks as if it were proportioned to fit a child's head. When I held it next to my old clip, I was amazed at the difference. TONI, I don't know if you read these or not, but you need to wake up your quality control folks. It's sad, because I was SO thrilled with the first 3 clips I bought... why have things changed so much? I have returned this clip for a refund and I doubt I will order another. I'm bummed because I really liked the way my old clips looked and how quickly they got me out the door for work every morning. I hope hope this situation is addressed and improvements are made. If they are, I will be a customer again. I know from reading others' comments I am not the only customer who feels this way...

I AGAIN ORDERED HOPING TO REPEAT THE FIRST ONE I GOT! DIDN'T HAPPEN. THE CLAW CLIP WAS ALL UNEVEN AND WOULDN'T HOLD WELL IN MY HAIR AND AGAIN I GOT ONE OF THE PIECES THAT HAS ALL OF THE SHORT WILD ZIG ZAG LOOK ON TOP. PLEASE IMPROVE THE QUALITY BECAUSE I LOVE THIS WHEN I GET A GOOD ONE!!!

This is my fourth hair piece from Tony. I get the medium blonde and it matches my hair exactly. This piece is just what I have been looking for. I love the way it looks. I have also managed to match hair for three other people before they have ordred. You have to know what color you need first. Best to watch it on tv to see clearly the different colors.
