WOW! Three weeks ago I couldn't walk without pain. Today I am playing with my granddaughter. My back no longer hurts...unless I skip my hanging. I use my Teeter three times a day - when I wake up, when I get home from work, and before I go to bed. That's all it takes to keep me pain free. It's well worth it. And this table is so easy to use. I love it!

I hesitated buying this item for a long time because I didn't want to spend the money. But, the older I get the more aches and pains come too. The last time it was on easy pay, I decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did. It is just a wonderful thing to come home every day and use this machine for a few minutes. It seems to take away the stress of the day and I feel like it stretches and relaxes my back, shoulders and everything that tightens up. My nephew plays middle school football and he loves it too for helping with the back aches and the physical beating he takes at practice and games. I'm so happy I decided to buy this. It's a quality machine and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

After several months of thinking about it, I finally decided to purchase the inversion table in August. I have had chronic sciatic pain for the past five years, and my chiropractor has only been able to give me temporary relief. The first time I used the inversion table I felt a wonderful stretch all the way up and down my spine. I have had ZERO sciatic pain since that first day, and feel like I'm taller every time I get off the table. I use it once or twice a day for 5-10 minutes, so it is easy to fit into a busy schedule. I also find inversion really relaxing at the end of the day, and it does make you sleep like a baby. I can't believe how easy it was to finally get relief, and now I can spend more time doing the activities I enjoy.

I just got my table a few days ago. It has helped me out by stretching my spine and giving me relief. I have swollen discs that pinch my siatic nerve and sometimes causes problems walking. After using the table for 5 minutes I can really feel a difference. The only thing I do not like about the table is that it is a little uncomfy on the ankles (wearing very think socks help). Im 26 and finally have relief besides my chiro visits...very happy and excited about my investment.

I just got my Teeter Hang Up. It is great I wanted one for some time now. and with the flex payments I can aford it. I can't keep my 16 year old son off it . He says his back feels better than ever.(he also has back problems). I have used it twice today, and have felt GREAT. I had two doctors tell me over a year ago I should buy one, I should have listened sooner. Thanks for a great product.I hope we get a lot of use from it.

So a buddy of mine talked me into getting this Inversion Table...and I'm glad he did. I've had a bad back for over 16 years and this table has been the best purchase for my back PERIOD! It's not a miracle table and not some magical pill, it plainly helps relieve the pain and pressure I've felt for a long long time. It feels good to stretch it out when I get up and also when I go to bed. And the benefit of having your discs become more hydrated when you do stretch is very important. I feel less stress during the day in general, I walk without discomfort now, and I'm at a point where I don't feel like saying "let's do the surgery again Doc". As far as the negative reviews on it being heavy? Please...get a friend to help carry it in and just be quiet, it isn't that bad. It's easy to put together as well. Purchase this table...trust me and trust yourself and you'll be glad you did! Matt---Salt Lake City, Ut.

The inversion table is very sturdy and a good quality piece of equipment. My husband has back problems, and he gets on this for a few minutes, and it relieves probably 70% of the pain. Even his chiropractor thought this was a fantastic idea to help stretch him out.... Also, he is a big guy over 270, and it holds him with no problems!

This inversion table is the best money we have ever spent. This is our second table that we have purchased in the past 7 years. Roger Teeter has designed a table that is so well built and easy to assemble. It has changed my life. I have suffered with low back problems for many years. Since purchasing the first inversion table, I have been pain free. When I invert, I can feel and hear my back self-adjusting. You'll be hanging with Teeter for the rest of your life!!

Bought the product due to lower back pain all the time. Received it about 2 weeks ago and have been using it twice a day every day. It's very solidly built and I feel very secure even in the fully inverted and locked position. About 5 minutes of stretches and I feel invigorated and ready for the day. No back pain at all. Late at night just before I go to bed and I sleep very well. I looked at a number of cheaper models in stores before buying the Teeter and they didn't feel very secure.
