The Teeter Hang Ups is a unique. However I find the devise that holds the feet in place hurts the tops of my feet, and I'm having a hard time finding the precise setting, in spite of the directions. But, very relaxing.

Have severe back issues and this works wonders. I personally only hang 1 to 2 times a week, but it is soo worth it. It mimics traction and that saves me from theapy.

As a full time University student, I spend many hours sitting in front of a computer until my back and neck are tight and I ache. I step away from the computer, invert for a few minutes and then I am ready to finish that paper! I don't think I would make it through school without my inversion table. It feels so good to hang and stretch out my back and spine. Well worth the investment.

It works as advertised. It's solid and safe. I feel good after using it and I think it's helping. It seems to be helping. Assembly was a little tough, but after that it works fine.

This item takes alittle getting used to, but it is worth trying. It has helped my 20 yr old daughter with chronic back pain. And it has helped me with lower back pain due to working on a computer all day everyday at my job. I would give it 5 stars but because I am short the ankle bar is not comfortable.

I finally got this item and wish I wouldnt have waited so long to make this purchase. I feel amazing after being on this table even after the first time. It waited 2 weeks before going completely inverted, just to get used to the feeling. Was also very glad I watched the video before going inverted. My only problem with this was putting it together. I am VERY HANDY and written directions were basically non-existant. That said,I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Best lower back pain reliever

The day I received the Teeter Hang up I had lumbar back pain. After using the product for 5 minutes, my pain was gone. I previously had been on pain medication; been to a chiropractor; worked with physical therapy and neurosurgeon. All without being pain free. The Teeter Table is worth every penny. very sturdy product and the instructional DVD was very helpful. Highly recommended. I can enjoy life again without back pain!!!

Make sure you have someone with you. It is possible to be caught upside down and find it almost impossible to right yourself. I have an extremely bad back and was disappointed with the results |
