Received the unit yesterday, it was easy to assemble and start using right away. I have high blood pressure and on medication but that wont start me from working with the unit for 2-3 minutes a day to get used to the "RUSH". I got up this morning and felt a lot better than in the past, I have been dealing with lower back problems for 20 + years.

I have been using a neck traction device but was definitely intrigued by the Teeter Hang Ups tables. After some research I discovered the EP-850 on HSN (I was going to buy the EP-950 for 100.00 more.). I was happy to get the table at this price. I have been on it 3 times already today for short durations because it is a lot of fun. The table was easy to put together and the written and DVD instructions were easy to follow. Kudos--this is lots of fun.

Teeter Hang Up850 reduces back pain / , TX   12/11/2008
49yr old runner and weight lifter. I have been dealing with sciatica pain since 25. I had a laminectomy/discectomy L5/S1 at 40 years. Did all the things around stretching, injections, DRX, chiropracter etc. I use this product twice a day for 5 minutes. Waited for 2 months to write, wanted to be sure that I got relief. Easy to assemble and use. As my back gets better the ankle clamp is getting easier to use. As I write I have no pain down my leg.

Best thing I ever did for my back. I have struggled with back pain for many years. This item has truly helped me. I am fifty four years old. I watched the presentation for a long time before purchasing. I wish I had taken the plunge a lot sooner. I use mine every morning and night. Thank you,HSN!!

Ankle lock needs improvement    10/30/2008
Some people with back problems can't bend down to lock the ankles in place; therefore I can only use it when spouse is around to lock it for me-kind of a oxymoron problem to have isn't it-you buy the product to improve your back but can't utilize it because of your back! The board could be a little more comfortable for this price.

Love it I would highly recomend ,no problems putting together,I have been using this everyday for 3 weeks I can tell a huge difference in my posture and flexability I wish I had bought this years ago!!!

Tried an inversion table back in the 70's. Bought this table after looking to see what else was out there. People need to do their homework on the items that they buy. I love this table and is built very well and yes it is heavy. I was hoping that it would be. That just means that it is built well. If you have back problems and you don't have someone strong to put this table together than this is not the product for you. You would be better off going to a chiro office to do therapy.

My back had been out of place for several months. I could hardly walk at one time. I was going to physical therapy and purchased the Teeter Inversion Table during this period of time. I used it the first day and felt some clicks in my back. One day there was a good click or pop as I put myself back into place. I was still 'stiff/sore' from months of being out of place and compensating my walk but I am pain free now. My teenage son loves the machine and does situps while full inverted.

I received my Teeter Monday and by evening I was upside down. I could actually feel my insides adjusting. I am 68 years young and healthy...but I was afraid I would have back problems because sometimes I could not stand up straight after sitting for a time. No problem now, I walk straight, hold in my tummy and sleep like a baby. Thank you so very much for this product. Looking forward to doing the sit ups, ha ha

Read medical restrictions before purchasing!! / , NY   8/11/2008
The live demo never mentions the exhaustive list of medical warnings. Beware before you purchase this item.I would not have purchased it if I had been made aware.I tried it for almost 30 days and had a headache everyday so I sent it back today and it cost me over $100 to ship it. Shame on HSN for not disclosing the cost of shipping.They could easily show this charge but would probably not sell as many machines if customers knew what they'd have to pay for the return.
