I have suffered from back pain for a long time. I had seen this product on TV for a long time, and finally decided to try it. It took me several months of use and then my back pain and radiculopahty completey disappeared. It occasionally comes back so I now use the machine once or twice every 30 to 60 days. I can go 30 to 90 days with no pain whatsoever. The machine is well build and very safe. It took me about 3 weeks to completely invert.

very good product. i put this product together buy my self was very easy. just read instructions... the only problem i have is with the ankle hurting while in use. company should make better equipment on tat end of machine...

I'm tall&overweight, plagued with lower back pain for AGES. My spouse is tall & slim w/bad posture, back and shoulder pain. The Inversion Table makes us feel we've had a good swim - we're limber, stretched, loosened and he is standing straighter. I am bouncing around painfree & have stretched muscles in my diaphragm that I forgot about years ago. This table is a great addition to our home gym. We agree that being totally inverted is most beneficial but even a steep incline is wonderful.

I ordered this on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, and I did the regular shipping. From the first time I did a partial inversion I was hooked. I could feel my back release and relax, beyond my expectations. Down side, it did arrive with a busted cover for one of the legs, but seems to be cosmetic only. Not worth sending back and waiting for a replacement, as I will not part with my inversion table...EVER! I am hooked!

GREAT value. I live alone&had no trouble w/assembly (I need instructions to use a hammer!) Helps my lower back but not sure about upper back. If anyone has success with the part of between the shoulder blades,let me know. It's a solid piece of equipment & is well balanced, so much so that when my kitten (all 6 lbs of her) climbed up on it and went up and down, the bed moved up and down like a teeter-totter. Just using my arms, I can go as far back as I want or return myself to horizontal.

Five Stars! Fo Sho! Great product and does really work...I feel more alive than ever. It does take some getting use to....I would not suggest full inversion for a few days (I did it right away of course and felt sick to my stomach) but after getting use to it I love it and actually use it everyday! Buy this thing.....you will be gald you did!

This product is awesome to use!! My husband and I have suffered from back pain, muscle pain and stress for years. So we decided to give the Teeter Hang a try and we are amazed with the results. We both love how it stretches the muscles and gets the blood flowing which in return we are RELAXED. Thank you for such a great product.

I received my inversion table 3 days ago, after using a relatives for a month. I use it before,after work and bedtime. It takes away the stress and anxiousness of the day. I am a large lady but feel very comfortable on the table and my sciatic nerve problem is lessened when using the table. I do between 40/60 degrees and find thats sufficient for now. It comes with very complete instructions and tools. TRY IT, you will be amazed.

I can't say enough about this product. I was suffering with severe lower back pain and my chiropractor suggested this brand. It is heavy, but it's well made and sturdy, you wouldn't want to hang upside down on something that was going to colapse. My back pain is all but gone, if I have a day when it's feeling strained I try to make sure I use it twice a day. It seems to be helping my knees too. HSN was the best price I found online & you can't beat the free shipping.

I wish I could give a comment on benefits to this product. It arrived with 4 missing parts and 2 incorrect parts! Now I am told it will take up to 21 days to receive the parts. So much for the 30 day return policy, it will be over before I even get to use the table!! Then I guess that I'm just out of luck if it doesn't function properly. I just wanted to help myself physically, by trying what sounded like a wonderful product. Not off to a good start. Very disappointed and unhappy.
