I needed relief from the ankle clamps. I didn't order these for a long time, due to the previous reviews. Big mistake. They work great, and are much more comfortable for me. They are top quality, and fit my 6'4" 289lb ankles. The conversion bar is easy to install. The only reason I gave four, rather than five stars is that Teeter's website has the same set for $20 less. I used a holiday coupon to lower the HSN price.

Such bad engineering. These are more painful to use.Very difficult to get all of the buckles to stay and be comfortable. They are obstructions that heed the buckles from clamping and the straps are too short.Once you have assembled the bar all family members are going to have to use the boots as it is very timely to disassemble every time (the boots won't fit all). I am sending back and will have to deal with the discomfort.
Not at all as expected

My calf measurement is larger than it says these fit, but I was able to put the boots on. I found it MUCH MORE PAINFUL to use these than to just hang without them. And your weight is being supported by PLASTIC - I do not trust that at all. They went right back - at a cost to me of $11.95, unfortunately.
Do not fit

I love my Hang Ups table and thought this product would be a great addition to take the pressure off of my ankles and feet. These gravity boots did not fit at all. If you have very thin legs and short calf muscles then this product is for you. This product would be great if they adjusted for different sizes or came in small, medium or large.
One size does not fit most?

My wife and I just got our Teeter table ( Excellent Item )and the Gravity Boots, however the Boots are too small to fit our average calves. We will be needing the XL size Boots that you can order from the Teeter company for the same price. I wish HSN would stock the larger size Gravity Boots or would have told us some people my need the XL Size available from the Teeder company.
Great Alternative

I ordered these boots to replace the ankle compression method for the Teeter HangUps 7000. A few words, I do not have thin calves and the boots fit with plenty of room to spare. My husband and I both use these boots and have no problem adjusting them to our own personal fit. They are very comfortable and soft. You just have to be patient enough to work out exactly how to wear the boots to best suit your own comfort.
Thank you from my ankles!

These boots have made all the difference in my inversion experience. I could not stand the strain on my ankles with my previous inversion table. After buying the Teeter table and adding these boots I can't wait to invert every evening. Best purchase I have made in a long while. Really helps my back, too.
Good idea but they don't fit

I, too, bought these because the standard ankle bar put too much strain on my feet and ankles. The boots are a good idea, but they appear to only fit taller people with skinny calves. My calves are a bit larger than average but nothing extreme. I am, however, pretty short, so my calves are much lower than an average person, and thus the boots don't fit very comfortably. They actually do make these in a larger size now - wish they would have had those before I spent $100 on these.

I purchased these because I have weak ankles and found I could relax more with these. However they need to have them in different sizes and a way to use both. If you want these on you have to take the old bracket and hardware off and it takes a while and then you have to re-assemble this. It's a hassle especially if you have people who want to do both. These also run small if your like me and carry weight in your legs. I can't even use these now because they are not large enough. They should have extentions if not larger sizes. Same thing if you had very small legs I don't think they would work well. On the up side if you have average size legs that are not pressure sensitive to holding all your body weight and your the only one using it then it would be great. |
