Not Skinny pants at all!    11/5/2008
Their famous skinny pants need to be reworked a bit!! The outfit just isnt an outfit and for the money could not justify keeping it when the pants couldnt be worn as they weren't skinny-I am a slinky fan so i am disappointed...back it goes...

I ordered the black and beige for myself and the grey for my mother. Tried on my black this am and was not happy with the fit of the so called skinny pants. A bit baggy for skinny pants. Medium still too short now look like a capri. I will defintely wear the top with a belt as a dress- but no way on the pants. Not flattering at all. I am 130lbs and 5' so not many buldges to hide, but just does not do justice at all. Sorry was hopping the pants would be more fitted like skinny pants.

Very Elegant, but need smaller size... / , HI   11/5/2008
I LOVE this outfit! It is very sleek and elegant, however, will be returning for a petite. I am 5'3" and weigh about 150 lbs. It felt so good on, and my honey complimented me immediately! The pants, however, are much too long. They sag in the crotch and fall to my ankles. I ordered a M, but should have ordered a petite M. Can't wait to receive the right size... The jewels do need to be reinforced with a few stitches though.

I bought this and saved it for a trip to Vegas. I wore it once, and washed it and six of the jewels fell off. Unfortunately, it is too late to return it.

Sad the jewel around the neck fell off / , CA   10/28/2008
I liked the fit very much as I am 5'3" and heavy. I would have kept this but the 1st time I wore it a jewel at the neck came off & of course I couldn't find it. So I am sending it back. perhaps sew these on more securely! Love most of the slinky I have. If you have never tried it, I say buy it.

I bought this slinky dress and skinny pants inspite of the negative reviews. Boy am I happy that I did. I just loved it. I'm 5'4" and got a size medium and it fit nicely.

This outfit is so cute! Looks much better on than on TV or illustration. Because the models are so tall, it appears to be too short. I'm 5'7" and it looks perfect.

I look good in the blue. Wore it while going to an appt then shopping. Comfortable and pretty. No bagging or sagging. No clinging, either. The "gems" stayed on just fine with gentle handwashing. I found them to be well sewn. I went back for the black and am glad I did.

A Little Disappointing, but Okay Overall    8/25/2008
I just received my tunic dress and skinny pants and wore it for the first time today. I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought this set as I am having similar issues with the loose beads. They will need fabric glue. The material has permanent wrinkles which wouldn't iron out. This fabric is touted as wrinkle free? The fit & color are nice & flattering. I would only buy items w/o any decorations in the future & will steam them 1st as it is not ready to wear straight out of the bag.

Problem with the Beading    7/17/2008
I love the slinky outfits for the style and comfort that they offer but the beading on this outfit was sewn on very poorly. More threading should have been used. Everytime it is washed, some of the beads come off and I have to get out my sewing kit. Other than that the fit is great. I would suggest going with the black if you are plus size and have cellulite. The lighter colors tend to show every bump!
