OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AT A FABULOUS PRICE!    3/5/2009
Timely & efficient delivery. I tried this mattresss out in my local mattress store so I knew I would love it. The local store cost was $1,899 with only a standard box spring but extra to "Upgrade" to the matching foundation.On HSN I got the mattress, the matching foundation, haul away of old bedding,(extra at local store)all for under $1,200 with my coupon. The mattress is supportive & firm but cradles the body. I would not call it plush but I wanted firmer which is what I got. Very pleased!

SINKING FAST / , MI   2/25/2009
Had this for approx. 6mo. now. At first a dream come true-then 2 months later husband, 6' 250lbs. said he felt he was sleeping in a hole. Nothing was said of a weight limit. Warranty says never have to turn and will last 20 yrs. We did turn our king mattress, at the rate we are going in 2 yrs we'll be sunk!!!!

This bed is the most awful bed I have ever bought!! I read some of the reviews and I ordered it anyway, my mistake, it sinks in the middle and two of the slats were broken when I ordered it. I have tried to return it since the first day I bought it. WHAT A PAIN!!! I called HSN and they told me to call the delivery service to come pick it up, they told me to call the third party who handles returns, they told me to contact simmons,

Water-bed replacement!!!!! / , MD   2/15/2009
After having a water bed for 20 years I decided to replace it with a bed that I could actually move around without completely dismantleing everything. I saw this last summer (August 2008) - purchased it and have been in heaven since. It is the most comfortable mattress I've slept on since I gave up my water bed. It's firm but very supportive and I haven't had any back pain either since I've had it. It is worth every penny you pay for it.

Such a comfortable sleep - I used to feel aches from sleeping in the same position, but I have had absolutely NONE since using this mattress. Also, the delivery company was excellent - they delivered it exactly to my needs. There were also no outgassing smells - something that was very important to me and one of the main reasons why I wanted a natural mattress.

We received the mattress last month. I waited to review this because I had heard it takes several weeks to a month to get used to a new mattress. But really we found it very comfortable the first night. My husband has a bad back and now he doesn't have any back pain (could of been from the old mattress)anymore. We don't wake up several times a night tossing and turning anymore either We don't find it firm at all,it is perfect. Delivery and set up was excellent.We are very glad we purchased this!

The reviews scared me, but once I got the mattress set up it really is the best of both worlds. My husband has spinal nerve damage and I have arthritis so finding a mattress is like Goldie locks! This one fits just right, he or I get up and it doesn't disturb the other, it's quiet and very comfortable. I wouldn't say super cushy plush but definitely not too firm. My husband is finally sleeping through the night and not waking up in pain in the morning. I am glad I purchased this mattress.

Excellent Mattress / , CA   10/3/2008
It took awhile to finally receive it, but it was well worth the wait and my delivery service was white glove. The first night was not easy. Nor was it comfortable. I tossed and turned all night long. I live in a condo and the first night was like sleeping on my concrete sub-floor without carpet or carpet padding. I was so disappointed that I E-Mailed Simmons directly and was told that the bed has to be broken in and I must say, they are right. Thank you HSN!

I wasn't sure if ordering a mattress online was a good idea but after talking to an HSN specialist on the phone, I decided to try it. The local stores, if they even would return a mattress if I didn't like it, was going to charge over $150.00 to take it back. With HSN, there is no charge for the return if its free shipping to you and flex pay for 5 months!!! My mattress just came yesterday and so far, my husband and I love it. It is more firm than I expected but its worked out for us.

It was a long wait but the mattress finally came yesterday and I slept on it last night. I love it! I can't recall any tossing or turning trying to find a comfortable position. I highly recommemd it. It is firm but a firm that cradles and supports beautifully.
