We absolutely love this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper...therefore, a spring/coiled filled mattress never worked well for us. With the foam core and latex top this mattress fits the bill perfectly--we both are resting comfortably these days.

Just what my back needed / , KS   8/29/2008
Unlike the other two reviews I like the mattress. It is not extremely soft, but it does allow the body to sink into comfort . I needed some firmness for my 82 year old back.I agree the word "plush" is a little misleading. But I find myself looking forward to bedtime. My delivery was wonderful. They even washed their hands before touching the white mattress. It was a great service for me as I am older and needed the help. And where else can you get 5 payments without interest?

Not a Plush Mattress! / , GA   8/27/2008
My wife and I ordered this bed on 8/9/08 and received it on 8/26/08. After one hour having the bed, we decided that this is not what we wanted. It was like sleeping on a rock! As a result, we called HSN customer service and they were more than helpful to rectify this situation. We called the bedding company on 8/27/08 to have this Mattress return ASAP. If you like a hard bed, you will love this. Plush is farthest from the truth with this product.

Ordered on the 9th of August and finally called on the 21st of Aug. to set up delivery. They could not deliver the bed for ANOTHER two weeks. Went and picked it up ourselves. So much for white glove service. This bed is AWFUL, like sleeping on a mound of hard sand. Knew the first night it wouldn't work. Now it looks like it is going to be a pain to return it, will take 2 to 3 weeks to pick up and thats if they will pick it up.All around a bad bad experience.
