How unfair. I am a Seroius skin care lover! Jennifer promised that there would be no duplicate products and what do her loyal customers get? Duplicate products! If you promised there would be no duplicate products there shold not be! This is not fair to your loyal customers!!!

HSN clearing out old product? / , CO   9/17/2008
I too wonder if HSN was clearing out old product. A cream expires in February 09!! FOur trial sizes, a duplicate--thats not a fair way to treat loyal customers (me-1996-love the a, c, olive, creamerum, relinia). Hair remover actaully worked(old version did not), it stings, is that worth it? For the price it is fair, but these should be regular size, FRESH products. Will hope the next autoship is better.I have had 6 pumps break on products, please decrease the amount of packaging you are using!

The pads were dry as other reviewers commented. The hair remover caused chemical burns on my skin that were extremely painful and I do not have sensitive skin. Additionally, one of the products was a trial size and I distinctly remember the host stating that all products were full size versions. I feel as if the kit was definitely misrepresented. The only reason I kept the kit was because of the Rulinea Eye Cream. I feel like the company just sent me their old and un-sellable merchandise.

The birtday surprise box is definitely surprised me for sure. The firming pads are big but not moist, very dry. I also recieved one full size of hair remover and the rest just trial size. I was hoping to get least 2 or 3 of the surprise items in full size. I am disspointed about this kit!!

I was pleasantly surprised upon opening my box of goodies.I am fairly new to the line and was sold on the pads and the rulinea eye cream that Jen had revealed in the presentation.I had always wanted to try these 2 products out so the other 6 that I got in my box were really all bonuses for me!I have enjoyed all the products I have received and am looking forward to my next shipment.Try getting just one of these products in another line for the price you pay for this whole kit...you can't!

This was a good kit. I love the facial firming pads--mine weren't dried up. The only thing I don't use is the hair remover. This kit contained 2 of the same item, but luckily I like the scrub--my hubby's even using it and likes it!

I like trying new things and find the items in here excellent. It is nice to try something from different lines w/o taking the plunge into buying an entire kit just to try it out.

My face and neck look worse after using these products, not better! I normally have nice skin, so I didn't think I'd have a problem trying out SSC...but ick! The only item I kind of liked was the Olive Oil Scrub. The eye cream doesn't absorb. The day cream appears to only be sunscreen? C night cream was OK, but I didn't like the smell. Pads are dry. Honestly, this does not give me the urge to try SSC ever again!

4 full size(including a hair remover which I don't need),4 trial size(including 2 Olive scrubs) The pads are huge as they said but very dry.Wei East Golden Root 60 pads are in smaller container but twice heavy and soaked in liquid.The A cream is expiring on 02/09,not fresh.I don't know if the brown color of Rulinea eye cream is right.The scrub is harsh.I've had so many better scrubs.The cleanser is 2oz trial size.The creme is the only thing I like but it's just 1oz.Don't know if it's fresh.

I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THESE PRODUCTS. SMALL, TWO OF THE SAME...WELL I HAD TO RETURN MY "SURPRISE BOX" AND CANCEL THE AUTOSHIP I HAD FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM. I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING LIKE LAST YEAR'S "HALLOWEEN SURPRISE BOX"(OCTOPBER), FULL SIZE ITEMS NOT TRIAL SIZES.
