I thought Jennifer said full sizes of products. It was very disappointing to get such a small cleanser, two of the same product. My box said it expired soon. One item was missing and I sent it back.

I have been a faithful SSC cust.& was totally disappointed in the recent surprise box! More of a shock! 2 of the products were full size, but what teeny,tiny other five! Then, to be given 2 of the same products in the same line! I purchased an extra surprise box for my dtr., to introduce her to SSC products that I have raved about, now I feel like I have an empty array of choices to introduce to her. I won't do this again. Sorry Jen, you goofed on this one, especially to your loyal customers.

LOVE ALL the products.firming pads were nice and moist.First time try for all, except Vit A cream. The olive oil facial is a A+ . It was fun to open and discover all the quality products. WHAT A BARGIN. COULD SEE AND FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN MY SKIN AFTER USING THESE PRODUCTS. THANK U JENNIFER

Overall, I will say that the suprise box was ok. Firming pads were saturated no problem there. I like the fact that I am able to try new products to see if I like them or not. As far as two of the same I am thinking by getting two it is suppose to equal to one? I will wait for the next shipment before I decided to move ahead or not.

I, too, was disappointed in this package. I'm sure one of the times presented on TV Jen revealed a second product,which was not included in my box. (One reason I bought this) Also, they are supposed to be full sized products. I don't use the olive oil line so to receive 2 of the same product from this line was a let down. My pads were not saturated, and I hoped to be able to sample NEW products. I do like SSC very much, and I recognize the value but I think this will be going back.

I like some products from SSC but the pads in my kit were dry and the Rulinea eye was a ugly green color. I don't know if the Rulinea eye is suppost to be this color or not, I thought Rulinea was white. I did not like the other products in the kit I sent mine back. I think I am going to try another skin care line.

THANK YOU SERIOUS SKIN CARE FOR SENDING 8 PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF 7! THIS IS MY FIRST ORDER FOR THE GIFT PACKAGE AND I AM VERY, VERY PLEASED. I AM SURPRIZED BY THE COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER REVIEWERS UPSET ABOUT RECEIVING 2 OF THE SAME PRODUCT...THE 2ND IS A BONUS ITEM.

I totally agree with other reviewers. I was surprised that the cleanser included was in a 2oz size--weren't we supposed to receive 8 FULL SIZE and different products. I also received 2 of the Olive Oil face scrub and they were definitely of the "trial" size--not a full size product at all! Very disappointed & will be cancelling auto ship on this item.

I've been wanting to try Serious Skin Care, and I thought that this surprise box would be a great start. It seemed to have a variety of products for me to try. I recieved my box today, and I am excited to start trying! The value I recieved for less than $40 is great!!! If you looked up these products individually, they would be well over $130! Can't wait for the next box!!!

I was surprised that there were several discorvery size products in the box plus two of the same product -I thought this was a was of trying different products. |
