I have been fascinated by mineral foundations but have found that many of them are not flattering. I work hard at taking care of my skin, most people think I'm many years younger than I am, so I am very careful about foundation. This combo is amazing! I am hooked and will never use another product. The color is perfect, the scent is lovely, the coverage is fabulous and it works as it's own concealer! It takes a little time to learn to use, but practice makes perfect and it's worth it!

primer good,powder bad    8/8/2008
I was hesitant to buy SSC products because they always have a odd smell to them. I tried this because I wanted to find a better mineral makeup powder, and thought the primer would just be a bonus. Turns out, the primer is fabulous and smells so clean and fresh. The powder did nothing for me, it looks like shiny dirt and does not provide any coverage at all.

I bought 3 brands at once to compare: SSC, BE and Avon mineral. SSC is comparable to BE as far as the finish. The only difference is that it doesnt have as much staying power as BE. I think however, I will go with this one in the winter months for the extra moisture it seems to have. Avon was matte and dryer looking. Ill buy again.

I bought this because I wanted to try the primer and try the light. I usually use medium. I love the feel of the primer on my 45 year old skin and I found that the light is actually a better match for my skin tone. I am glad I bought it.

I wasn't always thrilled with mineral makeup,I'm 48 and have little lines by my eyes I DON'T WANT to accentuate, but I deceided to try one more time! Well, this is a definite winner!! I will be ordering it again for sure! I ordered the light, I have blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin, the color is absolute perfection! First, the makeup is quite nice and does not settle into the little lines and the amount of product you get is wonderful compared to BE. Thanks again for a wonderful product!

Now that SSC has come out with this wonderful olive oil primer, I can finally wear mineral make-up. Before this, my 55 year old skin was just too dry, no matter what moisturizer I applied first. Now the ProMinerals foundation and this combined I am one happy woman.

Serious Skin Care's Bella Rosa minerals are better than the leading brand we all know about through those infomercials and the 'other' shopping channel that sells it. I bought two of these sets -- one in light and the other in medium. My skin tone is a perfect match with a mixing of the two. And the Olive Oil base serum is absolutely wonderful!! This is the best makeup base I've found so far! I also use it under liquid makeup with excellent results!

I have used the primer before and can tell you it is the best in the Serious Skin Care Line. I was skepitcal about the mineral powder but the results proved me wrong. Everyone keeps telling me how wonderful my skin looks. Keep the good products coming.

I absolutely love this makeup-i have tried other mineral makeup and did not like it-i just love this and i don't think i will try anything else-the primer is very nice also-moisterizeing but very light
