I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. It would not activate as advertised. After an hour with their customer service the phone finally worked. Then it took 4 separate calls totaling over 4 hours to make the voice mail work and it doesn't work like the instructions say it should. I have used more than 100 minutes just trying to make the phone usable. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Am disappointed with with HSN's endorsement.

I did not expect much when I ordered this phone, but the value was worth the try. I Don't use cell phones to live by on a daily basis so I always use pay-as-you-go. THIS IS THE BEST ONE SO FAR!!! I will keep this one for a while. The cost of 10cents per minute is GREAT! WITHOUT any other costs like V.M. requires to have that low of a rate. Thinking of getting a second one for the wife!
 
Unable to use in area. / , OH   12/29/2008
Bought 3 sets. Tried out at 2 different properties. Doesn't work well at either one. Returned 2 sets unopened. May return 3rd if it doesn't work out as an emergency type phone.

These phones are good. Have not had any probloms with ours. We bought two. One for me and one for hubby. We have had them registerd since we first bought them back in oct. or nov.Its easy to use. We love the fact that you can buy min. right from the phone it self. dont have to worry about ever haveing to go buy a phone card. Happy that we no longer half to pay a big phone bill anymore. Great phone, Thanks hsn and net10 !!! OH FORGOT TO MENTION THE CAMRA TAKES GREAT PICS BY THE WAY..
 
very difficult to set up / , NC   12/27/2008
I bought this for my mother for Christmas and it took my teenage son 2 days to try and get thru to the toll free number for set up. He never did so he had to log on to the internet to do it and then the 300 free minutes wouldn't register. It was very frustrating and something a technology-challenged user wouldn't have been able to do on her own. I hope it's smooth sailing from here - as soon as I can find where to buy the minutes...

GOT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR X-MAS. HSN SAID SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE IN MY AREA. NOT SO. CALLED THE 800 ON SIM CARD AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WITH SUCH AN ACCENT COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND! NOW THEY ARE SAYING I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET NEW CARD THAT WILL BE COMPATIBALE.... GREAT X-MAS GIFT THAT MY DAUGHTER CANNOT USE..NOT FAIR AT ALL. SO IF YOU PUNCH IN YOUR ZIP CODE AND IT TELLS YOU SERVICE IS AVAILABLE;;;;;;;;BEWARE
 
Net10 Service Not so Good / , FL   12/25/2008
I bought 2 net10 phones from HSN...first one ported in 20 minutes. The other is taking 10 days and they keep saying its ported then I get unregistered SIM message, call in, then they reset the Case ticket number and I am back to square one with "unregistered SIM". After 10-12 calls each lasting anywhere from 30-60 minutes they still cant tell me why they cant port the number. HSN needs to do better diligence with their business partners.
 
An end to a cellphone contract, and "bundling"! / , NM   12/24/2008
This extremely happy purchase has enabled me to free myself of an expensive cellphone contract, and landline phone. My savings, per month, will be HUGE! It is a quality piece, with excellent features, and will suit me, as a retiree and widow, perfectly, since I can "pay, as I go". For those feeling the "economic crunch", you might want to consider this purchase for its ability to substitute, quite handsomely, for a lot of expensive electronic non-essentials, that we've all grown too used to.

This is our second Motorola Net 10 prepaid phone. Mu husband and I love them and the service! We have had no problems. Only wish HSN could offer the Motorola 377 in PINK!!

The phone is great.. But it is not my phone.. It is for my nephew! He liked the phone and I liked the price! I am with AT&T.. Expensive.. But what are you going to do??
