I ordered this on 1.03.09. Haven't recieved it yet?? I got an email stating it was shipped 1-09..well according to the UPS tracker they have recieved billing info, but it hasn't changed in over a week. I called CS to try to cancel, but rep said he couldn't because it shipped???. He wanted ME to call UPS and find out why??? I thought this was HSN's job?? This has been a pain since I ordered, I will be requesting a return label(IF I EVER GET IT).

POOR SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE / , WI   1/17/2009
RECIEVED THIS PRINTER 12 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT. WAS MISSING ALL THE EXRA THINGS THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO COME WITH PRINTER. CALLED LEXMARK TOLD ME TO CALL HSN.ALL I GOT WAS THE RUN AROUND.TO MAKE A LONG STOY SHORT I AM RETURNING PRINTER BUT NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 20 DAYS TO GET A RETURN LABAL.

this has got to be one of lexmark's poorest quality printers!! now I have to wait up to 20 days for a return label!! do NOT but this printer when they get it nack in stock!!

Never received my order. HSN blames Lexmark. HSN said it was a problem with Lexmark, tracking had it in my city. It was never delivered. HSN was quick to offer another Lexmark product or refund..even though it was out for delivery?...that doesn't make sense to me. Why would you want another Lexmark product if you got such poor service? It is another HSN example of not following what they promise during presentations.

First of all I have had 4 Lemark printers and have good luck with all of them. This one is different and you might think it is made by someone other then lexmark. I printed 21 4x6 prints and was out of ink. The host on HSN has alway stated that lexmark had full ink cartridges. I called lexmark about it and was told that HSN has to take care of it. HSN tells me that if thats what came in the box thats what I get. Lexmark use to take care of they product not any more and mybe not HSN either.

Unhappy with Lexmark, Happy with HSN    1/14/2009
Mine arrived in used condition with 2 Labelers & 3 sets of CD's and no return label/packing slip. I called customer service immediately. Lexmark sends their products directly from the factory. They will be sending a return label. UPS will be picking the printer up at my home at no charge to me. HSN was very apologetic and helpful, as always.

Disappointed in HSN & Lexmark Never Again / , AL   1/14/2009
First off,all that arrived was the printer itself and the telephone cable. None of the extras were included, not even print cartridges or power supply. Spent almost an hour on the phone with HSN trying to resolve the issue and was told they would send me "everything else" and that the items should arrive within 20 days. 20....get real. There is not even a packing slip in the box for me to return it. Furthermore, without the power cord or print cartridges, I can't even test the printer out!

Just got my printer. Box came beat up ( not HSN fault ) but did not come with ink , any info , receipt nor return sticker , turbo tax & other CD 's just thrown in loose in the box!! I thought it looked great on TV , to bad . this is a real disappointment & the 2nd one this holiday season ! Shape up HSN I no longer feel i can trust your standards

I now am using a Brother all in one,I like this one excepetd you can't copy from the machine 2the computer,so I got this one as all Lexmarks you can.

GREAT VERY HAPPY SO FAR! / , FL   1/14/2009
I TRIED THE SCANNING WORKS GREAT I TRIED THE COPIES OF BOTH COLOR AND BLK/WHT. AGAIN GREAT! THE PRICE IS GREAT TOO! EVERYONE IS RIGHT NO PACKING SLIP AND NO BIG DEAL UNLESS WANT TO RETURN I AM SURE H.S.N. WILL GET ME ONE IF I NEED ONE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE INK CHECK BEHIND/INSIDE THE LCD PANNEL. WE FOUND OURS IN THERE. ODD BUT, TRUE. MY MOM BOUGHT ONE TOO WAITING FOR HER THOUGHTS. I WILL RE-WRITE A REVIEW IF THINGS CHANGE AFTER TODAY. I BELIEVE I GOT A GREAT DEAL ON A ALL IN ONE MACHINE.
