Printer was missing the usb cord, label maker and all the extra software programs. The return label was also missing. I called the Customer Service dept, they are sending me out a return label.

A waste of time and money / , PA

First of all I didn't receive an invoice. Second I didn't receive the ink cartridges. I spoke to customer service they told me it will take 2 or 3 weeks to receive the ink cartridges. Now, I have to return this printer without a receipt. What a disappointment.

This was a great buy for me I don't use it for the photo so I wasn't really concerned about the picture out come but my picture came out fine. This printer was easy to set up only took about 20 mins it prints and copy fast I received my fax with no problems, I can say it's better that the one I had before a lot better........I am very happy:)

This looked so good on t.v. but once I received it it was awful. It doesn't come with a manual, just one for faxing. Picture quality is poor and can't even figure out how to make a decent copy! This is definitely going back! Also, you can't see what picture to print when you print off your memory card. Not easy to use, like it was presented, at all! The software is easy to load on your computer, but the printer itself is not user friendly at all. Don't waste your money!

I have owned allot of printers over the years. It seems I buy a new one every time I need ink LOL. This has been the best printer that I have ever owned so far. Beautiful pics which is what I bought it for. The rest of the features are just a bonus. Recommend this printer! A++ I think the other reviewer just got a bad machine.

if you want it for photo this is not the machine ink is high picture are so bad i put them in the trash had this for 2 days now and been on the photo with lexmark twice that my friend is not a good sign keeping it to fax thing if i need to or copy and scan every now and then picture i will never print again form this machine
