Mis-represented! / , WI   7/30/2008
The products come in small, hard, plastic bottles that are extremely hard to manipulate with wet hands, especially when trying to squeeze out the products,notably the color booster! The presentation and instructions say 1-2 pumps, yet the bottle comes in a flip top..so, trying to get the booster out of the stiff bottle..you end up using probably 10x that amount. Save your money!

like the others the smell is the best thing about this product, I did not like any of the products.I did'nt like the shampoo or conditioner it left my hair feeling dry and strawlike..sending this product back.

I agree with others - color doesn't do a lot. I have dark blonde hair with goldy/red highlights (natural, as I don't color my hair). I used the red in my conditioner AND in my styling product. I couldn't tell any difference to my color. Neither did my fiance. Smells nice & is shiny, but not going to keep if it doesn't do what it's marketed for. Sorry.

The best thing I can say about this kit is the smell of the products are the best smelling shampoo and conditioner I have ever smelled. The color boost did nothing for my hair. I saw no difference. The hairspray doesn't hold well at all. The shine is a nice product, but not worth keeping this kit for this price. Will be sending this back. Can get the same results with other shampoos and not pay the cost.

I'm going to use this today, but I wanted to mention this. The color drops do NOT come in the bottle pictured. I think it's the same size, but they do not have the little pump on top. That's a disappointment, because then you have to pour this in your hand, instead of pumping. For that alone, I have to take points off.

Did not like these products at all. I had purchased Ken's shampoo & conditioner in the past in Walgreen's (not sold there any longer) & they were better than the shampoo & cond. in this kit. The brown color booster made my brown hair a weird color w\a hint of red-my hair just looked bad. So grateful for HSN's return policy!! Gotta go wash my hair (giggle)!!

The shampoo and conditioner were no better than my brand name store bought kind, however the smell is heavenly. The shine boost is the one product that amazed me in the kit. Fantastic! The color drops did not do a whole lot for my hair, but would be fantastic on lighter shades (I'm dark brown and got the brown boost). Overall the system left my hair smelling good and soft, but I wish the color drops had added more depth.
