I was skeptical about this but decided to try it being that I absolutely can't use an iron to save my life. I steamed 2 pants in 10 minutes and it worked so easy! Love it!

I ordered this product about a month ago, I got the brillant idea to take down all my curtains and wash them--needless to say they came out the dryer wrinkled. Ironing is a chore, especially curtains. Overall, I am satisified with my purchase. It does get wrinkles out of most fabrics. I can quickly knock the wrinkles out of my tops and skirts, which is my goal. Also, it kept me from having to iron curtains. I just hung them and steamed them right on the rod.

I have alot of trouble with water leaking out of this steamer - it leaks out everywhere. I have steamed one blouse with it and it did a fair job of getting the wrinkles out, but even when I hold the thing straight up it leaks - even just sitting on the counter it leaks. I'm pretty disappointed with it, but will keep it for use on the small jobs. Patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to using this little steamer. I do like the retractable cord though.

This is supposed to be new and improved? I was excited to purchase the new steamer once my old one just died one day but was very disappointed. I hate to iron so this steamer was the answer to my prayers except it doesn't work. There just isn't enough power behind the steam to get the wrinkles out. I need to find my receipt to see if I can still send it back. They must have cut corners somewhere. The retractable cord was the only plus.

works good for what it is. I love being able to steam curtians, wont have to wash them as often. Joy make a Head that is more pointed for very small detail, to use on collars and button areas. Maybe that would allow a more powerful stream of steam. Joys purses are JUNK, the Pans are Junk. As for the hangers, well she didnt invent them she just patented it. Shame on HSN for selling those Chemical releasing Plastic purses. Shame Shame

I should have looked at the reviews first. This product is terrible. You spend as much time as ironing if not more. It takes a whole unit of water to steam one item and still does not look pressed. A terrible waste of money.

Do NOT waste the time OR money on this item ! Works if you want to warm water for tea (MAYBE)...but not getting out wrinkles ! Does not even deserve getting 1 star in my book !

You need three or four hands to use this steamer. The steamer is heavy without water and with water it is VERY HEAVY. Heats up fast, but watch out, because you cannot hold this thing, hold your garment and pull the fabric taut enough to get the wrinkles out. Definitely disappointed.

What a dissappointment!.. While this product created a lot of steam, the wrinkles did not come out that great. Even worse, little droplets of water remained on the clothes and you had to keep going over them to dry the spots. For me, the iron worked much better....less hassle...less time....better outcome on clothing. Sorry Joy:((
