I received my steamer 2 days ago and used it immediately, I bought another brand that was more expensive that used salt and it stained all my clothes. Joy's steamer is a pleasure to use and the wrinkles start coming out in about 30 seconds. Linen it takes a little longer, I am so happy I did buy it.

I wanted something to steam the wrinkles out my skirts from where they are packed so tight on hangers in my closet. This heats up in about 2 minutes and it's quick and convenient. It is pretty heavy to hold up though. I only did 2 skirts and my arm was really fatigued. Can't imagine doing a lot of things at once.

Received this product yesterday and found it really easy to use. It heats up fast like shown,takes out the wrinkles like demonstrated,only little problem you have to be carefull or you will burn your fingers and make sure you stretch the garment or the wrinkles will not come out. Excellent producy highly recommend, Thanks Joy.

I have 3 of these steamers and I love them.I got one in each model that came out.I'm glad you put a on/off switch.Greatto take on vacation.Very easy to use and faster than ironing.Thanks Joy!

Positives:The appliance is light weight, and not complicated to operate. Anyone can use it. The retractable cord is a very nice feature. The item did remove wrinkles as advertised. Negatives: For me it did not do a good enough job at getting the wrinkles out. If you're looking for something that will give your clothes that nice crisp look, this is NOT it. Also, found my arms getting tired after a while. Cheaply made. Found it difficult to steam edges without burning fingers. Returned mine.

I just received my steamer today and I've already put it to good use - with curtains. It did a wonderful job - I was very impressed. Great purchase!
