Deceptive advertising...Attorney General''s Office?

I do not have enough room for all my comments... Where did all that steam come from on TV? (it was funny when the water spurted for Joy also...LOL) Heavier, less steam then orginial...bottom line, going back :( I am tired of being fooled by "less than truthful" advertising.

This looked like a great product so I ordered 2. When they arried, I tried to steam a silk blouse. After 20 minutes on steaming, most of the wrinkles were out, but 20 minutes is way too long for a small job like this. All the water was also used up in the 20 minutes.

I received the My LIttle Steamer today. It was very quick and easy to use. I tested it out on some of my daughters clothes and it worked like a charm. I just placed an order for a second one to send with my husband on business trips.

Great for us busy gals- heats up fast, nice steam- and other uses- good for adding water to single serving instant soups and oatmeal! Great(along with the Close dryer)for my college son and his new summer internship!

This is my 2nd Little Steamer I have the orginal 700Watts and I will give this one away since now I received the new one 850Watts. It heats up very fast and does what it suppose to do. TAKE OUT THE WRINKLES (YES). They both do the same job. Just a little quicker. Thank you

This is a great steamer. As soon as I got it I tested it out on some T-shirts that had been sitting in my laundry basket for awhile. The wrinkles came right out. I think it is a great little steamer for when you don’t want to get the iron out.

Too heavy to do more than 2 pieces. Probably good for curtains because it can be pulled tight on the rod when steaming and small jobs. Men's shirts are hard to get the wrinkles out and you can easily burn fingers. As you try to hold item taut the hanger keeps swinging making it much more diffiult than ironing. It doesn't look like I will be getting rid of my iron any time soon.

The steamer did not remove wrinkles easily and the brush attachments do not fit over the nozzle. This is the second item I have orderd from the Joy Mangano line and have had problems with both. I will not order again.

I agree with Beth from CA. It doesn't make things crisp and if there is a wrinkle at the bottom of a shirt or pant you will burn your fingers in the process. I also agree that after one or two items, my arm was very tired! did heat up fast and ok for last minute touch ups. Im going to stick with the old fashion ironing!

I FIND THAT THE STEAMER WORKS PROPERLY , HOWEVER THE FIRST THING I CHECKED OUT WAS THE RETRACTABLE CORD AND WHEN I PRESSED THE BUTTON TO RETRACT MY FINGERS GOT HIT BY CORD, DANGEROUS NEED TO PUT THE BUTTON AWAY FROM THE CORD, I WOULD NOT BUY NOW THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM FIRST. |
