I absolutely love this product. I don't own a regular dryer and always had to iron all my work clothes. Thanks to this dryer, my ironing has been reduced by about 90%. I wish I had learned about this product sooner!

Today I tried this for the first time.. Didn't even turn on.. I have never been disappointed in JM products-- I Will never buy any electric product or anything expensive without first reading reviews... NOT happy that you endorsed this Joy M. !

This is absolutely the BEST item I've ever purchased from HSN. It's small, quiet and does the job! As a flight attendant, I don't have lots of time between trips, so I can wash my uniform and it's dry in less than an hour. Before I'd hang it to dry all night, sometimes wearing it back to work a little damp. Buying another as a graduation gift for my friend's daughter who is going off to college. It's quiet, convenient, and pretty. What more could a girl want??

At first, I was going to send this item back, but now I would not be without it. I thought the power was not strong enough at first but after trying it a few times, I realize it is more than powerful, it is just quiet. My delicates never shrink and everything come out great.

i have as good results hanging delicates & such in front of an oscilating fan. i was always finding my clothes at the bottom of the machine covering the air ports...drying intimates took hours, shirts longer, & wasn't going to waste my time to try sweaters! back it went!

Wish I'd purchased this sooner. I kept reading all the reviews and because of that kept deciding against ordering. I'm in the pool several days a week and to be able to really wash out the suit and know it's going to be dry quickly for the next day is what I really wanted it for. It works great for that, but now I've used it for jackets, jeans, delicates and so on. Now I don't have laundry hanging all around the washer and dryer or in the bathrooms. Would make a great gift for a college student!

I don't know why everyone is having a problem with there's.. ive had mine for over 6months and just love it! it heats up very well and dries rather quickly. Now that it's on clearance i'm thinking of buying another as a back up! If you live in Apt this is a great item to have. To dry 3 pairs of pants does take an hour is that bad? hey it's allot cheaper to run than a dryer or paying the dryer time for sure!

I love this product! Great for hand wash and lay flat clothes. Yes it takes time to dry but it is very convient for what I need to dry. I hang a fabric softener sheet on the enclosed hanger and let the machine rip. To me this is a wonderful tool. Drying time is longer than anticipated but it does the job. This will save me a lot of wear and tear on delicate fabrics, plus I don't have clothes laying around my place. I'm in tri-focals and can see the icons to dry, easy to use.

I am extremely disappointed. I have had the same problems as other reviewers. It took over 1 1/2 hours to dry a lightweight pajama top and camisole. It's hard to believe it could dry towels. Put your hands on the bag; it is not very warm (on the high setting). Open it up and you can feel that there is not much air movement. It is a great idea and I believed the answer to drying hang up items without the extreme high heat of a regular clothes dryer. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT.

I am so sorry I ordered this item. The controls are on the bottom and are unreadable for a normal size person. Aged people would not be able to read this at all or be able to get down on the floor to try to do so. I am 61 and in good condition and I found it difficult. I also found it did not dry as quickly as it says. I will never let my guard down again. ALWAYS READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS.
