Somewhat Disappointed / , NY   7/5/2008
The product came with no instructions making it hard to figure out what setting to use to dry my close, and there was no warranty card either. While it did eventually dry my close it took longer than described on the show by Joy. I wonder if I had the instructions the drying time might not have taken so long because I would have known what settings to use. I cannot with all good concious recommend this item.

Was not what I expected, loud and did not dry as fast as stated. Sent back immediately. I suppose if you had no dryer, this would work for you, it just takes longer and is very heavy.

Just what we wanted. Great for wife's delicate items and small loads as it was designed for. Plus so simple to put together. Main resaon we got this was for our Motorhome. I feel that the negative reviews is were they wanted a unit to do the job of a regular home unit dryer. It comes with 4 hangers to dry your clothes on. Dont let clothes items lay against each other, keep space between them and you will be happy with the product. If your a RVer, this item is a must.

A waste Of Time and Shipping Expenses / , FL   6/17/2008
This portable drying system leaves a whole lot to be desired.Unless you are drying the flimiest of things,it is useless.What is shown being dried on TV doesn't happen at home.To dry two mid weight tops ,ran system twice at 45 minutes and items still wet and wrinkled.This item is over hyped in advertising both by Magano and HSN.Additionally the cost of shipping and the cost of the return shipping cost me approx. $17.00 which to me is a rip off by HSN. Very very disappointed with the whole matter.

I am a hugh fan of the JM Hangers, and was excited to see this product. I bought two, one for my son and one for myself. After 2 hours the t-shirts were still wet. I tried a delicate blouse and it did dry, but was very wrinkled. I had a hard time with the timer, and the cord will not retract. I wish I had read the reviews instead of listening to the callers. Now I have to send both back, which takes time, and money.

What a disappointment. There were no instructions included. One of the extension rods was bent. One of the legs were missing. Only received 2 hangers. Zipper was hard to work when it was fully opened. Too short to hang my slacks. I sat on the floor to read the settings it should light up when you turn it on or adjust the settings. I hung 2 pair of lightweight work slacks in the unit after 1 hour they were still just as wet with the settings on HI. This is definitely going back.

DON''T BOTHER BUYING!!!!!!    6/8/2008
I would rate this "0" stars if I could have. This will be going back. It simply does not dry anything! After 2 hours at high, my shirt was just as wet as when I took it out of the washing machine. Shame on HSN & JOY. I don't know what kind of quality control your company has, because this simply does not work!!!! This has the ability to dry less than if I held a small hair dryer on low, cool air to an item for 2 hours!!!! Very disappointing!!!!

First, you see how tight the fabric is showing in the pic. Mine was very loose. Did not look near as nice in person. One side did not even blow air. What a joke! I am super disappointed. Plus the outside of the unit was scratched- looked like someone already had it and returned it. Also made a loud noise when set on the high mode. Too bad, the idea was a great concept. Joy, you really need to work on this one--- quality control is a must. I was so looking forward to getting this unit.

I am a JM fan. I ordered the drying system in platinum bc I hv the platinum hangers/steamer. I rec'd it, easy assembly, then unzipped it. I could see sunlight thru the seam in bk - ripped on both sides of the seam 4 in. on either side! Its such a pain to hv to pack it all back up/send it back/call to have s&h reimbursed. Then they were out of the platinum w/no idea when they'll get it bk & no waiting list! After reading all these reviews, I'll stick to the cleaners til they get the kinks out.
