I'm using it for the first time today. I am on my second load of clothes. What used to hang dry all over my house all day now took only 1-1/2 hours. It's great for my 'hang dry' clothes but even better for my 'dry-flat' stuff. It set up easily and would most likely be stored easily too but I can't see myself putting it away. I think it's a great addition to my laundry room.

I'm glad I didn,t listen to the negative comments. I used mind soon as I set it up Dried 2 wind suits using low fan low heat in less than 1hr. Dried sports jacket&pant set in less than 1hr. I love mine now I don;t have to have clothes laying all the placeto dry. Thanks Joy.

Joy's products are usually top rate. Great concept however main problem for me was that the extending poles are not the best quality and have not (((popped))) out the little button, I am not sure how it is still standing securely. That aside it dried my husbands work shirts beautifully with no need for ironing and dried 3 of my sweaters leaving them crisp. Although the sweaters took 30min longer to dry then the booklet recommended. So bottom line, glad I bought it just not thrilled.

I received my dryer yesterday. I used it 20 minutes after I unpacked it and read the instructions. It is easy to use. Setup was a breeze. and I dried 3 moisture laden cotton shirts in an hour on the high fan,low heat setting. Thanks Joy Mangano and HSN

Great concept, wanted it for my husband who dresses up every day. He was disappointed too, took forever to dry even cotton shirts. Finally after two and one half hours trying to dry one simple pair of tan chino pants he packed it up and said SHIP IT BACK. Would love to have this if it is ever improved and actually does what it was designed to do. Don't give up Joy keep trying to get this one right like so many other things I have of yours that I love. I can dry a sweater or shirt in 60 min. or less. Jeans dry in 1.5 hours, rather than days in my shower. This product works great with 1 large item and a few smaller items (lingerie) drying at the same time. Unfortunately, due to limited space it is hard to dry many items at a time. My suggestion for improving this product would be to put the control panel on the top of the dryer. I have to kneel on the floor to read it and can barely see the fan symbols due to lighting being 10' above it.

The display worked fine. I set up all the timing and heat/fan settings, but nothing happened except the motor put out a burning smell, so all of you who actually got some drying time did better than I did. This could be a dangerous product.
Very Disappointing Product

I was excited to receive this as a gift from my husband, but when I opened it the clips for the hangers had a black grease type stain on them and the cloth portion of the dryer had a brown stains on it. After 120 minutes of drying a bra and T-Shirt were still not dry! Clothes come out very wrinkled and damp. The time and settings is very difficult to read. I had to knee down on the floor to even try to read the settings. Very inconvenient. This product is going back immediately.

The many presentations I saw on this product were very misleading. Joy shows that it even dries jeans; my sister said she tried drying a couple of small items and after two hours they were still damp. What a waste of time, energy, and money. I estimate about %40-$50 S&H between express delivery and return, plus I STILL owe SIS a Xmas present! I'm so disappointed and feel that Joy and HSN misrepresented the product. Don't waste your money!!

I am excited to try this one, got one extra small size cotton scrub pants and voila, high heat x2 for 1 hr...still wet, another hour of high heat x 2 still wet. Finally on the 3rd hour of high heat x2 my cotton scrub pants dried....what a waste of energy! would not recommend to everyone. |
