Don''t Waste Your Money!! Not What You Think!! / , CO   2/15/2009
I was about to call customer service to find out if I just had a bad unit.. our clothes didn’t dry after 4 hours of being in the unit on full fan and full heat. I thought maybe the heat element wasn’t working but, after reading the other reviews it sounds like everyone is having the same problem. Don’t buy this item it doesn’t dry your clothes any faster than hanging them to dry overnight. I still have 1 more week to decide if I am sending this back. Joy, I would redesign and up the heat!

Not at all what I expected. Took way too long to dry even a light shirt. Controls hard to see - used a flashlight and had to get on the floor to see them. I am returning it today.

Not good for drying four items at a time or 2 pairs of jeans. Only good for individual items. Not what I thought it would be. Will keep for special items only.

I used the closedrier for the first time and I was very disappointed. I followed the directions and entered the time as explained. I tried to dry four cotton T-shirts at the same time but after 2 hours, they weren't completely dry. The arms were still wet. I just thought it would work better than it did. I guess it will be alright if they are lightweight and single or double items but nothing more.

I used it for one hour -- total! It stopped working! I tried over and over. I waited and tried again. DEAD! Don't buy this product! Just my opinion --

Not COLOR Fast! / , GA   2/3/2009
Wow. I got this thing home and was sooo happy. Everything was drying and seemed nice. Then, after 3 hours, I looked at my PERSIMMON hangers on my Ann TAylor pants, and guess what? They were red!! So, if you get a drier, get the gray or white or whatever color you want on your pants. I knew I should have thought about the red hangers and my white Ann Taylor Loft pants. Just believed what Joy and the gang said. Watch out!

It was extremely hard to get to the controls. They are also hard to see without very good light. I used a flashlight. I placed a damp blouse in and it ran for 1 1/2 hrs and I took it out and hung it in the bathroom to finish drying. I tried one more time and it was not drying. I had planned on ordering another for my Granddaughter in college, but I won't now. It is going back.

The Clothes Drier works fine for those items you don't want to leave in the dryer or hanging wet on a hanger for hours & hours. Clothes don't have those awful vertical folds you can get sometimes from hanger drying. I do agree the controls need a remote. Otherwise it works great.

I've had mine for about a week now and I'm pleased with this product (for MY needs) I use high heat, high fan, (5 clicks) and only dry one item at a time. It only takes 15 minutes to dry. Two things I would change: this needs a remote control or the controls need to be on the top, and the zipper needs to be a better quality.

I got this product yesterday and set it up fairly easily. I put one of my husbands sweaters in and turned in on high heat and high fan. I waited 60 minutes - still very wet. I gave it another 30 minutes - still not dry!! The noise the unit made and the electricity used were ridiculous, and it did not even dry. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Sent it back to HSN today. Waste of time and money for shipping. Would not recommend to anyone.
