received my first purifier and it doesnt even come on...so disappointed and then searched the company and learn that this is an old and discontinued product for Hunter...then read other reviews that were not so good....back to the drawing board again on which product to buy...any suggestions

Worked good for a few days, & now it just makes noise,not good for daughter with asthma! box accidentally thrown away & way too much to ship back! Love HSN but this is an expensive dud!!!

i have 4 dogs and it really helps keep the junk out of the air. My only problem is , i cant get it open to change or even look at the filters. i have tried and tried. i will figure it out eventually i hope

this is the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. My bedroom was just painted and now the wall behind the purifier is sooty looking. I am sick...Never before has an order from QVC been so disappointing. I have had purifiers in the past and have never encountered anything like this PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM...IT IS TRULY JUNK..

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE OTHER VIEWERS, BUT FOUND THAT IT WAS MY TV REMOTE TURNING OFF MY AIR CLEANER. WHY IN THE WORLD DO WE NEED REMOTES ON THESE ITEMS? THEY ARE A BOTHER AND AGGRAVATION. PLEASE STOP PUTTING THIS FEATURE ON YOUR MACHINES. IT IS A BURDEN.

My children love the clean-smelling air in the house! The house is closed up for most of the year due to the weather....too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer, oh and let's not even mention the whole allergy season! The Purifier keeps the air light and breatheable. Thank you for this product! I don't even mind replacing the pre-filter. Totally worth it,

This is the 2nd review I'm making. HSN did not post the first one. I wished I would have read the reviews,before I bought this Air Purifier. I had the same problem a lot of other people had. My Purifier kept shutting off also. The company needs to recall this machine if so many people is having the same problem. I had it about 3 weeks before if started stopping all by its self. It didn't come with a return label,like most of their items. I thought that was unusual, HSN always send a return label.

havent had this product a month. the screen is smearing the numbers and its cutting on and off by it self for no reason. im very disappointed due to i have to send back which im not sure how to do and wait to get another.AFTER GIVING MY OTHER ONE AWAY! I HAVE CHRONIC ASTHMA AND ALLERGIES SO I NEED PURIFIER AT ALL TIMES!

I had another brand the past few years that had quit working, so have been looking for a replacement. I was happy to see the Hunter Air Purifeir come on special. I have heard from friends the Hunter is a good product so didn't hesitate to get it. |
