not quiet !! / , NH   1/4/2009
I started using my units right away and while they have helped my breathing a lot they are not quiet. I guess it is worth it to breath easier( I have allergies) but I do wish they did not have a "rush of air" sound. I have found them to be very good at cleaning the air so can put up with the sounds.

I just received these units today and I have them running now but I did want to comment that these units are not quiet...you can definately hear them running.
