It does what it says it will! I have had it for several months now and it has stood up to massive pet hair and the messes that 2 young children can make. It transitions well from hardwood to carpet, it is somewhat heavy for use on stairs, but it hasn't gotten clogged yet which is saying something in my house!

not as good as shown, filter is hard to clean.I have dogs inside so i vacuum several times a day, the vac put's out a bad pet smell , cant get the smell out of the filter...

Does a Ok Job on Carpet but not on Bare Floors also the hose is way to short .

I love the way this vacuum works, but, I find it just a little too heavy for moving up and down the stairs. Not happy about seeing how dirty my house is through the open view area, but, it cleans great.

Easy to assemble and the suction is very strong. It isn't as light as it appeared on tv. I wouldn't recommend it to any seniors. It does pick up cat hair very well. I bought two vacuums because they work very well. Its just heavier than I expected.

My cleaning girl loves this vacuum. Another client of hers got the very expensive D vacuum and she likes mine better especially with removing cat hairs. Suction is powerful.
