Pretty Good Vac!

We bought this vac back in July (2010) and its been good so far! We have to replace the belt, and it was pretty hard to find because the parts number had changed. We also have to replace the wheel housing because my daughter dropped it down the stairs! But its still in ONE piece, which is pretty good for my house.....We will get the $100 out of this vac before its over! lol....Suction is good and the on-board tools are great! Good buy....

i love this product. i really thought my carpets were cleaned until i used this vacum cleaner . it isnt heavy and easy for me to carry,and easy to clean. the best part is that it picks up all the dog hair especially on the furniture . thanks for this great product ,the price ,the easy pay and last the free s&h. barb from pa

This vacuum suction is amazing. Even the hand tool suction is great. Its not the lightest vacuum but certainly not the heaviest. Easy to clean, The only problem is that it died after a year and sooner depending how often u vacuum. I gave it 3 stars cause when it's up and running it's wonderful, but unfortunately it WILL die.

I had no idea a vacuum, and a Hoover at that, could be so poorly made. Not to mention how very heavy and cumbersome it is to push. Had it not been so expensive to ship back I would have in a minute. Hoover, you disappoint me.

I only got to use this about 3 - 4 times...then it no longer worked! Technician says the motor died!

Bought and returned this vac. Has great suction and works well on carpet, but not so good on tile and I have a lot of tile. If you have children or pets tracking in sand, and you have tile, skip this vac. Tends to blow the sand around. Also: heavy to move around; attachments hose very stiff so hard to maneuver for dusting; wheels started squeaking after two weeks; and I'm over bagless vacs and getting dirty/dusty when emptying and cleaning the pieces. Now looking for a vac with a bag.

This is the second vacuum I have owned from Hoover. The first one I bought at a local franchise. I purchased this one from HSN because of the flex pay option. I love my Hoover. |
