Ok vacuum

works pretty good picking up dirt out of carper, much better than my old vacuum. Only cons are holes attachment should be longer and also vacuum will fall over easy while using attachments.

Easy to clean..lightweight...just as described.Have purchased several vacuum cleaners that clogged or lost suction. I am enjoying this one!! Thanks HSN for those flexpay options!!! Keep em coming!!!
Failed After 3 Months!

The plastic rollers broke off after 2 months and now it has totally failed. The machine is blowing the dust OUT rather than taking it up. We've emptied it out, taken it apart and put back together several times, nothing helps. Basically its a dead machine. A complete waste of money and HSN will not stand behind this product that they're selling. I called customer service and they told me to take it to a Hoover dealer. If it was older, I would be agreeable to this but it was less than 3 months old when the rollers broke off and still they said, sorry, we can't do anything. HSN should replace these faulty machines.

I bought this vaccum maybe two years ago and really like it, it has good suction and continually gets dirt and dog hair out of the carpets. I am planning on buying another one I like that it is bagless and easy to remove debris from the canister.

I had to return this vaccum. It was not as great as I thought it would be. Worked ok, but found it hard to get the canister off the front to empty and could not get all the pet hair out of the canister. It wraps around the inflow area in the canister.

Although this vac is mostly plastic it still does a great job and seems like a wonderful bargain. Flexpay rocks also! Thanks HSN.

This vacuum works GREAT!! Bought it to replace a smaller Hoover model that stopped working, and I couldn't be happier. LOVE the extenders to get the cobwebs near the ceiling, the pet hair attachment is awesome, and it's so quiet! I would definitely recommend this vacuum to friends. For the price, it can't be beat!

Yes, this vacuum pick up better than most but it's way to heavy,even my husband has a heck of a time vacuuming.I make him do it 'cause the vacuum is too heavy for me to push back and forth,putting me in pain during and afterwords.You may want to rethink buying this vacuum if you have any disabilities.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I bought one I paid $250 for and the filters alone cost $50. I didn't know that when I bought it, but this one you don't have to buy filters for. It works excellent.

I used this vac for 2 months and the wheels on the bottom of vac broke. One good thing Hoover will replace. I had my last Hoover vac for 10 years and it still works. I doubt this one will last a couple of years. |
