Not the quality I expected from Hoover / Anita3141, CA

The vacuum cleaner does not pick up dirt very well and hard to clean because the plastic latch does not open well. Very cumbersome and I buying another vacuum.

I love the lightweight, but powerful suction this vacuum packs. It is easy to handle and cleans great.

The self propell thing broke the first month, now two or three months later (because the rollers don't stop when you are doing furniture) I moved the vacuum when I was vacuuming the sofa (I have 2 dogs) I accidently moved it on top of the cord and it tore the cord apart. My fault I know but I won't buy another.

The vacuum has great steady suction and is a good value for the price. The only thing that I would wish for differently would be that the carpet roller could be shut off while you are using the other tools that is why the one less star

This vacuum cleaner does a great job of cleaning the carpet, but the lint collects and sticks around the vents where I can't reach to empty. Don't know what can be done about it. Maybe I just have a faulty unit.

Don't waste your time with this. I purchased it for a gift and had it delivered to them. It lasted several months and the motor burned up for no reason. I called HSN and of course I have to call Hoover myself and of course have to pay to ship it back.......blah, blah, blah. Just don't do it
