This thing worked right out of the got it for my mother who is 62 and she loves it works well on hard wood floors and rugs

Bought this vacuum back in April and it broke already. I am so upset as I thought Hoover was a good brand. The people who can fix it said that Hoover used to be a good brand until they started being made in China. Now I have to get a new vacuum because the part that needs to be fixed is not under warranty. I am so bumbed... Hope this helps to anyone else out there.

I bought this vacuum a few months ago and absolutely love it! I have two dogs and this vacuum sucks up dog hair like crazy. I feel that my carpets are really clean after I use this Hoover. I have owned a number of vacuums over the years but this one is the best!

i ordered this for my birthday in nov. i liked that it had the flex pays, couldnt believe how fast it got here. 3 days .loved it took it out of box snaped it together and stared vacuming.i have alot of vacumes but this one is well worth the money.thanks for the flex pays.

I love the suction.that is the ONLY reason i would keep buying the same one. but PLEASE be careful when you empty it. the lid on the botttom has been my demise!!!! It has snapped off. All the way, as in broken, had to tape it back on. Also Hepa Filter? where? My stuff is dust ridden after I vaccum its strange.

This is the best vacuum I have used lately. It really picks up the dirt!!! It is very easy to use and was very easy to assemble. I love that I don't have any bags to buy or empty and replace. I would recommend this vacuum--the price was RIGHT too!!!!!

This vacuum really does the job for you. It is easy to assemble and the attachments makes cleaning corners a breeze. It is a little heavy, but is a great product for the price!

I took a chance as I don't have the budget for a $200+ vacuum and my mom has the same one and has enjoyed using hers for nearly 1 year. Initially, the vacuum worked well on hardwood floors and carpets and I thought I had found a great deal. After a few weeks of light to moderate use, the vacuum cleaner is making an odd noise and is not picking up well at all. I clean the dirt cup after each use. I did not find the pet hair attachment to be very useful at all. Given the mixed reviews on performance, I am sending mine back as I don't want to be stuck with a non-functioning vacuum cleaner. |
