SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME DISAPPOINTED208 GOT IT REAL FAST IN ONLY A FEW DAYS BUT AFTER UNPACKING ANDHOOKING EVERYTHING UP...NOTHING. POWER LIGHT COMES ON BUT A BLACK SCREEN...TALKED TO HITACHI AND THEY SAID TO SEND BACK..WELL NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ON A RETURN LABEL..PACK EVERYTHING BACK UP..TAKE IT TO THE STOR T O RETURN AND PAY FOR INSURANCE...ALL THIS COULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS AND I DON'T HAVE A TV IN THE MEANTIME.. NOT SURE IF I WOILL ORDER ELECTRONICS ONLINE AGAIN.....

I opened it 1-26-10 Power light comes on or turns off, but nothing else. Called Hitachi and there was noting they can do, advised me to send it back. Called CS and asked for return shipping label, which will take a few days. A little afraid to order another one.

My husband and I purchased this tv for my mom for Xmas and she has not stopped watching it. Great value and great gift. Thanks so much HSN for helping to make my mom's Xmas a little bit brighter.

I purchased 2 of these on flexpay for Christmas gifts...for me and my kids...and we love it. I was sort of lost with all the places to connect things so I called Hitachi and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dont make a lot of money and I was able to purchase these because of the free shipping , the flexpay, no finance charges and we get to enjoy our tv's while I make payments...doesnt get better than this. Thank you HSN for making items like these possible to get for those of us that cant afford to pay a lot of money at a retail store.

I have a 1080p high def tv that doesn't compare with my new Hitachi..shipping was fast too..good job hsn, i will keep comming back

Replaced a 15" screen with this one. I can't say putting it together was easy, (wiring just makes me freeze up) but with one phone call (help-line included), my questions were answered, and I got it together. I can only judge this one TV. The picture is precise and clear. Mostly gets used for the Grandson's movies. He will watch the same one over and over, so this is a nice size screen and leaves the larger living room screen free. Sony is my usual choice, but couldn't pass up the deal on this one. Glad I did. Broadened my horizons. I would recommend this TV to anyone..

I was very afraid to order a TV on-line. However all of the great reviews convienced me to do so. WOW ! were they ever right! This is the best TV!!!! It is so nice looking, easy to connected to my digitial service and there was so little adjusting to get the perfect picture. I am very impressed with this TV and with HSN for carrying such a fine product. Thank you both and THANK YOU to all those who reviewed this TV. If it weren't for you I would have been paying a whole lot more for my TV. Thanks for taking the time to tell me how wonderful this TV is.
