I'm not sure on this piece I think it's pretty and well constructed just not sure if it works so well with me personally I think I might of went to long with the 19" and probably should of gotten the 14" which I may exchange this and do. It's fun though and the brown blonde does match I need a hightlight update with my natural hair and once I do that it will match better. So I put a hair clip in back to make it match better till I do that. The piece itself fits nicly not irritating at all.

Read some of the reviews here. I received my 19" layered extension today and the color was perfect, a dark blonde. My own hair is layered and long, slightly longer than the extension, and I wanted to add this so I would have even more layers; however, you would need a HUGE head for this to fit properly. I DO know how to work extensions, but no matter what I did, it would bubble on my head and look like a hat. Unfortunately, while I loved the concept, it has to go back.
Excellent but Need Help

This is excellent. I have several and really love them. I have a question though as I have a slight problem. My hair is thin and fine and my own hair does not want to cover the line of the extension. I have used one of Toni's toppers and it works ok. Are there any products out there that anyone has used that I can put on that helps my hair cover the place where the extension gets attached? I can work with my own hair and use a ton of hair spray, it covers but barely.

This piece, including cut, is a deal for the price! After a few wearings, when it tends to tangle, just comb gently through with a large tooth comb and it looks great again. Looks so real because not overly shiny, plus the new hairline created is genius, Ken!! Looks good from any angle, even on windy days, and is VERY secure. Great looking layered style & hope you will do more layered styles. Keep up the flexpays, HSN!

All I can say is WOW. I opened the package tonight while my daughter was here. I put it on standing in the kitchen without a mirror. She couldn't believe how great it looked on me and telling me what a perfect match it is to my own color (dark copper red). The best part was she said I looked 10 years younger! After she left, I spent about 5 minutes following the directions and attached the piece properly.

i bought this product a couple months ago. it's great just out of the package, but after a few washes exactly the way the directions said, the piece looks like it is in desperate need of a hair cut! The texture totally changes to a stiff, ratty looking thing that anyone can totally tell it's fake compared to my real hair overlapping it. my hairdresser can't even save it. i did everything it told me to and in the end, i paid $90 for only a few wears. keep your money!

I really like this product! The cap is NOT too big. YOU'RE JUST DOING IT WRONG! I ordered it in the dark brown & it's a terrific match. I have almost shoulder-length hair & it looks so real everyone thought I had real extensions put in! The only thing I do not like are the tanglies. =/ But other than that, perfect! (PS everyone, have it cut to match your hair! duh, sillies!)

This was my first HSN purchase and my first faux hair purchase. I watched the video on-line for a how-to on putting the hairpiece in. I have thin hair and with just a little teasing of my own hair on top it blended great. I plan to take it to my stylist for a custom cut just to make it blend better with my own hair. Very real looking.

The quality of the hair is poor and tangles very easily. I like the style/idea/color of the piece; but, due to poor hair quality I will be returning it. I purchased Toni Brattin's earlier this year and the quality of the hair is excellent, as well as the cost being half the price. I would recommend checking out her pieces. Considering Jessica Simpson's name & rep, I am surprized at the lack of quality in her product.

THIS IS MY THIRD JESSICA PIECE AND THE BEST ONE YET. I HAVE A SMALL HEAD AND THE CLIPS COME RIGHT TO THE FRONT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THESE WOMEN ARE COMPLAING ABOUT. THE HAIR IS THICK AND IF YOU THINK IT IS TO SHINY JUST DUST SOME PERFUMED BODY POWDER ON IT AND THAT WILL CUT DOWN THE SHINE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS TO ANYONE. I AM GOING TO BUY ANOTHER ONE JUST LIKE IT. DO NOT HESITATE "BUY THIS ONE" YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!! YES I AM SHOUTING BECAUSE THIS IS SOMETHING TO SHOUT ABOUT.!!! |
