Food is delicious when cooked with these pans. However, even after seasoning (as directed), food stuck terribly. Cleanup is very difficult and the finish inside and out is not holding up. Sometimes the food is not worth the cleanup hassle. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing that a chef would try to sell this. He obviously does not do his own cleanup. Buyer beware.

The worst nonstick pan ever I've tried. Everything sticks to the pan after less than 5 uses. Will never recommand this greenpan to any body. My 12 dollars nonstick pan works better after more than 2 years now.

These pans are NOT non-stick. They are a disaster. I now have to soak for days to get them clean. Our Miele dishwasher will not get them clean. I cook with nothing elaborate, and these pans DON"T come clean. They have black residue on them forever!I am a huge HSN fan and this is the first review I have ever taken the time to write! Its no wonder when I peaked in the Todd English kitchen's of OLIVE"S and FIGS in Boston,they WERE NOT using them!There is the true testimonial.

don''t leave on an unattended flame / , NY   12/4/2008
I bought the original 3 pan set over 1 year ago...I was super happy with them. But first the grill pan was left accidentally on a flame and it went black, and has never been completely clear again, and sticks somewhat now. Yesterday the larger flat pan was accidentally left unattended - not for long - and turned black and I can't get that fully clean looking today...the smell of the blackened whatever concerns me...is it safe to use the soiled pans going forward?

I purchased these pans over 2 months ago, I use them daily and have not had any problems. Even if it does stick a little, no problem in cleaning them. I am now purchasing some for a friend for Christmas.

Extremely disappointed! / , NJ   11/30/2008
Nonstick...What a falsehood! Everything sticks to these pans. I had to soak them for days to remove the mess from bacon, of all things. These GreenPans are almost impossible to maintain. Following all directions, I HATE having to pay to send these back, when I believe they''re defective. HSN, these pans are not as presented.

Need Lids!!!!!!! / , TX   11/26/2008
I use lids....on EACH pan! Can't find extra lids at HSN. HSN is missing sales...not supplying extra lids for the Greenpans. I NEED 10", 11" and 12" glass lids for my Greenpans. None of my old lids will fit the Greenpans!

I purchased the green pan set a little while ago.I have tried to work with them the best that I could, but I honestly have to say they are trash.I spent nearly 2 hours trying to clean them the other day,and every time I use them because the food does stick.Todd is a great chef,but the pots and pans are terrible and a waste of money. They will do ok at first, but after a few uses it will become irritating to use them.Im thinking about throwing them in the trash.Dollar store pots are better!!!

These pans stain and food sticks to them. Joy and Todd were not sincere in presenting the pans, so I wonder how safe the new nonstick product is. I used them on my new white stove and paint from the bottom of the pan came off. On my old black stove it had looked like burnt food. I never use the burners on high so that's not the reason, though 850 D. is okay. HSN, what's wrong with these pans? I can't return them to HSN now and I won't use them anymore.

DON"T FALL FOR THE HYPE!!!!    11/12/2008
WASTE OF MONEY! I don't care if it doesn't have PTFE, PFOA, it is a TWOM (total waste of money)!! Grilled marinated pork tenderloin- marinade burned, bonded to surface like glue. 3 days later, wife and I scrubbed used half bottle soft scrub. Non-Stick?! Non-Stick? Should be called ALL STICK. Shameful how they market it & people fall for it. Buy pan that really is non-stick, not fraudulent product. I cook regularly & have done it for 20 years -trust me, this product is worthless.
