Heats evenly, easy to clean, grill pan delivers grill marks, still looks good inside and out. -THEY ARE BRAND NEW! I expect this--so did Ultrex, WGP, CooksNChefs and Cmand Perf.I don't expect cookware to LAST MY LIFETIME in the same condition as when new-HSN does'nt either that's why they keep telling us to buy then give parts away as gifts--REALLY!We need nonstick as well as stainless-most important is to wash them w/soap and water and stay away from that wiping business.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS PRODUCT. I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE I USED. I FOLLOWED THEM TO A "T". HOWEVER, AM DISAPPOINTED THAT COOKING SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS EGGS, IS FRUSTRATING. THEY STICK!!! I'VE SEASONED AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, WITH NO LUCK. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY COME ACROSS. I REGRET EVER BUYING THEM AND SHAME ON ME FOR WAITING TOO LONG TO RETURN THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE ANGUISH, DO NOT BUY THEM UNLESS ALL YOU PLAN ON DOING WITH THEM IS BOIL WATER.

I am so unhappy with this set. Thus far everything I have purchased from HSN for decades has been great. This pan is not even close to what is portrayed in the demonstration. There is no "ice skating rink" on these pans..... HORRible pass them up.

Don''t use nonstick sprays on these pans / , PA   8/13/2008
I just threw away my 12 inch pan. When I purchased the set I wasn't aware that you are not to use any cooking sprays, such as PAM, as they cause things to stick and ruin the surface of the pan. Had I know this before purchasing, I never would have done so. Make sure you investigate any cookware before buying it! I am certainly doing my research before buying a new set to replace these GreenPans.

Was excited when I first received these pans. A short time later there was brown spots on the pans that would not wash off. Everything I try to cook in them sticks to pan. Worse pan I have ever used. I cannot send back because it's been over 30 days.I called home office for green pans and was told to wash with fantaskic spray. Pans ae still useless.

I love these pans. I only use these pans unless i need a pot. Please sell a set of pots i don't want to use anything other than Greenpan. I brought a 13 piece set of another brand and now i only use Greenpan. GREAT PRODUCT.

EVEN HEATING, ATTRACTIVE PANS / , GA   7/28/2008
These are fabulous pans as are Joy's other products. The heating is even, truly non-stick using "no oil" to help lower cholesterol and weight and food is evenly cooked at the same temperature. The clean-up is so easy and is the finishing touch making these the best pans I have ever owned. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

Scratches Easily / , NC   7/26/2008
I hate to echo the sentiments of some of the other comments but I too am disappointed in these pans. They are non stick with butter or oil but they do not clean up easily. After grilling or searing the oily "shadows" do not come off and the grill pan takes a lot of elbow grease to be cleaned. They also scratch easily, I have a gas top, and the black pans and every time I use them they get more scratches. I will not order any more!
