Dont Ignore the Reviews Like I did / , GA   9/15/2008
I'm disapointed on three levels: 1. The marketing by HSN – By airing a product that does not live up to the hype of the product. 2. The product – the claims that its a non-stick pan. 3. The endorsement by Todd English – by putting his reputation on the line behind a product that does not meet the claims. Quick Points: Product works as it says the first few times. Use it as much as possible before the 30 days are up. Do the egg test. It will scratch on the outside very easily

Don't waste your money!!! All the Good reviews are probably from customers that have only been using the product for a short while. I loved them at first also. I most often use the 8" skillet, after a few months of use, it is stained brown on bottom, nothing removes those stains and even bacon sticks. It should be removed from the market!! Oh, also a terrible chemical smell comes from it now when used, very scary..

this is the WROST COOKWARE i have EVER BROUGHT the pans STICKS and the HANDLES DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY COOL,I BURNED MY HAND WHEN I PICKED IT UP. VERY EASY TO STAIN you CAN NOT GET OUT,and you really HAVE TO SCRUBB VERY HARD HAND TO GET THE FOOD OUT,I WILL NOT GIVE THIS COOKWARE TO ANYBODY OR TELL ANY ONE TO BUY IT,JOY YOU HAVE ALOT OF GOOD PRODUCTS BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM

Read the directions did exactly that,then used the pans. I really like these lightweight thermolon pans they do exactly what they claim to do nonstick, easy cleaning, cook up food really fast, because of the high heat. My significant other and I are really glad we purchased this set. We will purchase more of these pans in the future. Thank You Todd

These pans are the worst pans I've ever bought. They scratch very easy, everything sticks no matter what I use to prevent it. Just another Joy Mangano item that is not worth the money.

These pans worked great at first. Now everything sticks!! The only thing they are good for now is scrap!! Wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone!!!

I THOUGHT I WAS RECIEVING GOOD QUALITY FOR THE MONEY THAT I PAID, BUT I WAS WRONG. EVERYTHING THAT I PUT IN THE PAN STICKS TO THE PAN, I WENT TO THE DOLLAR STORE AND BOUGHT A CHEAP NON-STICK PAN AND THAT SEEMS TO WORK A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAT THE GREEN PAN. THE ONLY THAT DOES NOT STICK TO IT IS WATER. I WILL BE USING IT TO BOIL MY WATER.

Couldn't do without mine! Nothing sticks. I have had mine for several months. Rinse off in the sink and sometimes throw them in the dishwasher. Several friends and family members have purchased this set after seeing how WONDERFUL they worked for me. You will love how they look after you cook -CLEAN. Mine have cleaned up as shown in the video. I would be lost without these now. Can cook an over easy egg for the first time without breaking the egg.

I bought this set several months ago when it was on special. It worked just fine the first couple of times and then the trouble started. Even after following the directions 'to the letter' the pans stick. I would have saved my money, had I known. It is a pity that people can go onto a show such as HSN and make all sorts of promises about a product, which won't perform as they say. Really extremely disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.

What nonstick? Nonsense buy    9/1/2008
Fell for the "green" idea of this product. Sticks everytime, even though I followed seasoning directions. I'm past the 30 day point, but how do I find out about the lifetime warranty? I want to return this product and NEVER purchase again.
