Stick It Might ? / , TX   10/14/2008
There are times mine do stick. But after I wash them up I dry and put a little Pam on it and its back like new. To go green we all may have to change our life a little. I too agree that Joy needs to tell the truth that indeed they stick at times but then let Todd tell how we can fix the problem.

DON'T BELIEVE WHAT JOY SAYS!!! I FELL FOR HER FANCY TALK AND THESE PANS STICK AFTER FEW USES...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!

I brought 4 sets when they first launched and gave 3 sets as wedding gifts. After 2 mo. of use, everything sticks! Forget everything Joy says...these pans are junk and will defininately NOT be the last set of cookware you buy. To make matters worse, the receipients of the wedding gifts are not happy either and called me to see if I can do anything to help them out. What am I supposed to do now? It's months past the initial purchase. BUYER BEWARE..Read the other warnings...they are right on.

I am just as confused as the other customers that gave the other good reviews. I love my green pans and have told everyone about them. I have had them since April and they are still non-stick. I rarely hand wash mine they mostly go in the dishwasher. These are great pans and I am buying another set for friends that just got married.

Not happy with these pans / , FL   10/6/2008
I purchased this set in April, have a small family and do not use them everyday. The grill pan which I used occassionally, now has dark brown, burned looking spots all over it, and everything stuck to the pan. I was thrilled orgianally when I first used them. Called HSN and they told me to call Greenpans since. They are sending a replacement pan, since they have a 'LIMITED LIFETIME' warranty. Purchase with caution.

I am SHOCKED at all the bad reviews! The pans have performed perfectly for me and now I'm wondering if I am in for a nasty surprise? I've had no problems thus far but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

These are the worst frying pans I have ever seen. Everything sticks after a few months of use. Even bacon sticks real bad and that is all fat. The outside coating wears off real soon. I would like to return these pans. Please tell me where to send them for a refund.

HSN and Todd English look very bad.    9/26/2008
there should be a zero star rating for terrible. I returned the 8" pan in July because it burned. I called today to check on my replacement and the company told me it was still on back order and they couldn't tell me when I would get it. Do not waste your money on this product. Shame on Todd English and HSN.

There should be a zero. I fell for Joy. I bought sets very rapidly for xmas gifts. I love newest gadgets, was thrilled at the "green" theme...fell hook and sinker. These pans are just average. They are not very atractive. They stick. They scratch inside and out,the handle rivets are rusty I always hand wash my pots. I won't use them. My Mex friend uses them,likes things burnt. I have to use steel to clean them. They haven't "peeled",are discolored. Try the steel wool.

Only lasted 1 month!    9/16/2008
I followed all the instructions but these pans where only good for one month. After that everything started sticking to the pan no matter what. I *do not* recommend this pan.
