HSN really should take these GreenPan products off of the air. They do not live up to the hype. I have three pans and none has held up as claimed, particularly the grill pan -- which is absolutely impossible to get clean. Very disappointing product.

I was so excited awaiting the delivery. I opened the box, followed the directions to the letter. EVERYTHING STICKS!!! "Non-Stick", I don't think so. These pans are just not anything they claim to be!! Don't waste your money!!

I brought 2 pans and a set that had the pots included. I have had no problems with them. The large pan got burnt left it on the stove steaming vegs I got busy with other things. This pan was so black I thought it was going to be trash. I let it cool down put water in it wash up like new. Sorry folks got nothing but raves on the sets I have got. I use them everyday love them and given as gifts to my adult sons whom can destroy anything lol and they have survived
Gave them as gifts - now I''m embarrassed!

I bought 3 of these sets and gave 2 as gifts for Christmas. They did a "sales job" on the tv show and convinced me they were the best thing since sliced bread. I have been disappointed with mine - the covering is coming off and they are not as "stick proof" as they said on the show. I'm so embarrassed that I gave them as gifts.

I bought this set and they were great at first. It didn't take long for them to start sticking. Even worse then other non-stick pans that don't stay non-stick very long. I'm going back to my stainless steel.

I purchased the set when it first debuted and was very pleased but after a very short period of time I noticed small scratches on the outsides of all the pans. Now they are starting to look like something from a second hand store. However I have not experienced any problems with food constantly sticking like some of the other reviews. You should go back to the research people and find out why your product does this. I would never use it as a gift for anyone.

These are not non-stick pans pure and simple. I have seasoned and seasoned these pans, and still food sticks. The only time food doesn't stick is when I leave a heavy coating of oil in the pan, which defeats the whole purpose of buying non-stick cookware. Don't believe the hype, with as much oil as one has to use in order for food not to stick, you're better off just using stainless steel.

Following the care instructions to the letter and never using more than medium high heat, the frying pan is destroyed after less than ten uses. The black coating on the outside scratched immediately and the coating on the edge is chipped. The cooking surface will not come clean and everything sticks!

Purchased the 3-piece set of cookware. Food sticks, it is hard to clean and grill pan became stained. I called Joy's distribution center. It was a nightmare to get through. It was at least a 30 minute wait for someone to answer. Finally got through, they sent me a new grill pan. I, again, seasoned the pan with spray oil. After a couple of hamburgers and grilled onions, food is still sticking and pan is once again staining. This product is defective and WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!

LIKE EVERYONE ELSE I BOUGHT THESE GREAT NEW PANS... BUT THE DO NOT WORK AS GREAT AS THEY SAY THEY DO. EVERYTHING STICKS, HAVE USED TO MAKE GRILLED CHEESE AND EGGS AND THE PANS ARE TOTALLY BURNT AND THE FOOD RESIDUE WON'T C0ME OFF. WOULD NOT TRUST JOY AGAIN!!!!! |
