Terrible Cookware!!

Have had this set since it first came out last summer. First couple of times they worked great. Nothing would stick. Finally thought this was the best cookware I had ever bought. This is so not true!!! The pans are terrible. The food sticks,and the coating is wearing off. There is a lifetime guarantee and I am going to get my money back.

I LOVE HSN, AND I LOVE JOY'S PRODUCTS, BUT THESE ARE TERRIBLE PANS!! THE FIRST FEW TIMES THEY WERE GREAT BUT NOW EVERYTHING STICKS AND DO NOT COME CLEAN. I HAND WASH THEM. I AM READY TO THROW THEM. I HOPE YOU READ THIS AND THE MANY OTHER COMMENTS.

THESE ARE TERRIBLE PANS. I DID EVERYTHING INSTRUCTED TO "SEASON' THESE PANS. THE STICKING STARTED AFTER ABOUT 1 OR 2 USES. THESE PANS DO NOT LIVE UP TO ONE WORD OF HOW THEY ARE PRESENTED ON TV. DO NOT ORDER THEM, THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
Excellent Pans - Pre-Treating/Heating Important

Initially, nothing stuck to the pans and as I used them more and more, food would stick. I decided to read the instructions again and realized that I was not using them correctly. I learned it's important to pretreat with cooking oil and preheat before using. Foods no longer sticks to the pans! I now love my pans and wouldn't trade them for anything. I would recommend that anyone who is dissatisfied should re-read the literature and try pre-treating/heating the pans before sending them back.

Like other reviewers, had since February,good for about 2 1/2 months, then they started to stick. Seasoned them, and washed them as instructed,but they still failed.

I have used these pans many times, and each time the food sticks. I do not cook with extreme heat, but still I find they do not live up to the promise.

Worked well for about three uses, then everything and anything is stuff to the pans!! Need so and scrub to remove food. Loved the idea of these, they just don't work!!

Was very disapointed. After a short time could not use any more everything sticks even if i use lots of oil. Would not recomend this product.

The first pan we got worked fine for a time.. We gave pans to family members & like us they conditioned the pans before using & only washed in warm soapy water. Food stuck to the pans & had to be put to soak to have debris removed. Scientist son did study on "Teflon" & Cookware So I was looking for a safe non-stick.. THIS IS NOT IT!

Love Joy Mangano's Huggable Hangers, My Little Steamer, etc. I was quick to by the premier offering of the "Green Pan" about a year ago. For the first six months it worked, pretty much as advertised. Then things started to stick to the pans and I was following the instructions. In the end, the pans failed me totally. I threw them into the trash that night. I would not recommend them. They will be a disappointment. I am uncomfortable with Joy's endorsement of this item, it is a looser. |
