Not a happy camper........... / , TX   7/12/2008
I don't know how people can say this is non stick. Hosts kept saying nothing will stick to these pans. I first tried a fried egg and it totally stuck to pan. They are very difficult to clean also. I have had to use an SOS pad to try and get them clean. Seems to be a sticky layer that doesn't want to come off. Quite disappointed.

Clean up is very difficult    7/8/2008
I liked these pans when they first arrived, but now I'm sorry I bought them. Cleanup isn't nearly as easy as they show on tv. I grilled some hot dogs in the grill pan and it is still soaking after 3 days. Nobody in the house can scrub hard enough to clean them. We didn't even burn anything. I'm really sorry I wasted my money on these pans.

With anything you need to take care of it and the same goes for these pans. I have done so much cooking with these pans this weekend which was a good test to see how they stood up. Loved them. I had the pans on top of the stove and in the oven. Clean up was great. Even when I burned something in the pan on purpose it still cleaned up easily I look forward to buying more pans for my collection. My only with right now is I wish I had tried these pans sooner~

I love these pans and I have tried several different varieties. However, I would suggest that you consider using phonelic handles. I find that I have to use oven mitts because the handles get very hot. Other than that, the pans are wonderful. I even purchased a set for my daughter in law and she loves them.

I got 2 sets months ago and love them! I found that fresh sliced summer stuck to the grill pan. But I don't use that pan very much. The other fry pans I use all the time and love the way they clean up. Like they show on TV, the food just slides off the pan.The only thing negetive that I could say about the pans is that I do have a scratch on the outside. So I hang them or put dish towels between them just in case. I would buy more. Do i think these pans will last me for the rest of my life? I don't think any non stick pan will, but they are great to cook with, they are light weight they cook evenly and the price isn't that bad. I would replace them when these wear out. I have a set of heavy duty 8 ply stainless pots & pans that you don't need oil, grease,water to cook foods on med..that cost $1000s but they are NOT NON-STICK.I will buy more and give as gifts. maybe ya'll just got a bad batch?

Everything sticks, impossible to clean / , NY   7/2/2008
I tried to grill a steak in the grill pan, it stuck and the pan was ruined. It will not come clean. Only used it once, complete waste of money.I am so sorry I bought these pans.

Too much work to maintain. Everything sticks; soaking and scrubbing is always required. Watched this weekend. Was surprised people were still ordering these with all the bad reviews...a 3.5 star average? Most reviews are BAD! Shame on Joy, Todd & HSN for promoting this junk. READ THE REVIEWS!

I have to agree with the last 2 reviewers. I can't believe that HSN is still selling this JUNK. I bought 2 offers and everything STUCK from the beginning. I preped per the directions carefully. Only hand washed and most of the outside finish just crumbled off and the inside has began to flake. Have never gone beyond medium heat. DON'T PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, YOU WILL BE DISGUSTED ALSO.

I bought several sets of these skillets as presents and a set for me.My skillet has gotten all kinds of scratches on the outside of the pan(It is not beautiful&it sure won't be the last pan I ever have to buy!)I keep paper towels between my pans when I stack them so they don't touch.I'm not a gourmet cook.I cook to eat.I eat to live.!Most of the time,my non-stick pans scrath from metal utensils,not high heat! THESE SCRATCH!

I have had these pans since last summer. I threw away my other non stick pans that have peeled. I don't understand the negative reviews. My pans have worked as advertised since day one. I use them every day. One time an egg stuck--I just reseasoned the pan. I bought these pans for my daughter and she loves them too. I am going to purchase the 8 qt. stock pot today.
