Great features for the price. Takes great pictures and easy to set up. Downside is impossible almost to see lcd screen in bright sunlight.

THIS GE CAMERA IS GREAT. TAKES TERRIFIC PICTURES. PANORAMIC TAKES GETTING USED TO. BOUGHT IT TO REPLACE A KODAK.LOVE THE BIGGER SCREEN WITH THIS THAN I HAD WITH PREVIOUS CAMERA. BOUGHT THE CUTE PURPLE CAMERA. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Maybe I got a dud. However, inbuilt memory is terrible. I took about 4 photographs and it was full. My Kodak 5 megapixal takes about 17 before it is full, and this if large photographs. The pictures were blurry, and the shutter speed extremely slow. The style of camera is excellent, and some of the functions. I returned it. I was surprised at the poor picture quality.

but i have a problem with it,as charged the battery and turned it on and it says "LENS ERROR" what ever does that mean??also the cd that came with it will not work in computer.that tells about the camera.what our we doing wrong?

i recived this camera 4/28/09 this camera is great,you need to get a 4gb sdhc card you will get 679 shots at 12 mgapixel.GREAT CAMERA buy it.

5 pictures and the memory is full??? / , TX   4/27/2009
I received this camera last week. Charged the battery and began taking pictures. So small and lightweight. Very easy to figure out even without reading the instructions. Love the large screen. Pictures were great --until I took 5 and the camera said the memory was full!! Has anyone else had this problem??? I intended to get a bigger memory card anyway, but if this is any indication of things to come, I'm just going to send it back. I had such high hopes. Did I get a lemon???

I got my camera last summer and I've been in love it ever since. I carry it with me where ever I go. I'm a homehealth nurse and I use it for work also. I just never know when that perfect shoot is going to come. It's light weight, but yet it has so many great functions. I've found a new hobby- photography- I take the pics, get them enlarged to 11x14 or larger, frame them, and on the wall in the house they go to share with friends and family.

I am a camera person and carry my camera with me always. I take hundreds of photos. I will ONLY buy a camera that uses recharageable lithium batteries. This camera has so many features, it will take you a month of constant playing to figure them all out, but you will enjoy it! I do photos for the Internet (I have 2 blogs and give classes for Machine Embroidery) as well as family photos, and I like to do scenery too. It is lightweight and fits in a pocket the size of a shirt pocket.
