DONT BUY-    11/1/2008
I called tech support for two hours and got an automated system where i was disconnected repeatedly and told to go to the website.Online chat support wont call u even if you cant get through the phone lines. I LOVE HSN but this computer is going back ASAP.This computer has to be returned to gateway and I hope I get my money back from gateway. I cant even get through to the department to return it to gateway

received my computer super fast shipping only problem is it does not have the multimedia buttons as stated in the item description so I didn't even turn it on trying to get a return number from gateway and I am sort of getting the getting the run around. I use to buy all gateway but I guess this is my last, time to go MAC
