Everything that I expected! / , WV   11/21/2008
I wanted something that I could easily take with me from home, to campus, and to the office.Originally, I wanted a smaller laptop because I really wanted something lightweight - but I'm happily surprised at how light it is compared to my other laptop of the same size. The screen is fantastic - very crisp, clear and bright. The keyboard has a nice "soft" feel to it that makes it pleasant to type on. Overall, I think it's a wonderful computer and a fantastic deal for the price.

DVD & Battery never worked / , CA   11/11/2008
I was so excited to give this laptop to my husband for his birthday and so disappointed that there were problems. Customer service at Gateway is pretty non existent - hours on the phone- only to be told that it needed to be sent in for repair and I needed to pay for the shipping.

PRINTER PROBLEMS / , MD   11/10/2008
Has anyone tried to print from this Gateway laptop? I cannot connect via a USB or wireless to the LexMark X6570 that was marketed with this laptop on HSN. I am finding out now that Vista has compatability problems with printers and HSN marketed these two items together.

Recieved this computer and it has been working great. It was easy to use right out of the box. I downloaded my personal things on it and it still works fast. The color is beautiful I got the pink and I love it.

I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! EASY TO USE. I'M NOT TECH SAVVY SO A COMPUTER GUY CAME OVER AND SET ME ALL UP....HAD NO PROBLEMS AND I WAS USING IT RIGHT AWAY. TOLD ME IT WAS A GREAT COMPUTER. EASY TO USE, LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. I'M A PUBLISHED AUTHOR AND THIS WILL COME IN VERY HANDY FOR ALL MY NEEDS. I REALLY ENJOY THE "PINK" COLOR TOO! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS!

especially with the flex-pay. It has a beautiful, clear screen. I am not sure what buttons the other person was looking for on their 'puter. It runs fast and very cool. I have had it on my lap for the past 6 hrs, and no problems with the temperature. My problem with laptops is the mouse, so that is my next purchase. I don't care what the other reviews say, but I LOVE mine. It's very fast, and the clarity of the screen is great. If you don't like it, you can always return it!

Beautiful Powder Puff Pink Notebook. Gateway is always has a winning product. This is the third Gateway notebook I bought from HSN all on flex pay. multi-media buttons are sleekly hidden! Thanks to HSN for making great products affordable enough to make my family tech-savy, fashionable and mobile!!

Right out of the box had this up and running in 15-20 mins tops. Took it on vacation last weekend and it worked great at the hotel. Excellent at multitasking, speed is good (I have a Dell XPS desk top so I'm used to super fast speed). Loaded my own game in, plays great. I am very happy with this laptop and highly reccomend. The pink is a very pretty color and the key board is gray so they wont get dirty looking with time.

Out of the box and online in about 15-20 minutes. It's absolutely beautiful! Not sure if I like the new Vista yet, but that's a Microsoft issue and has nothing to do with the laptop. Definitely recommend!

AS SOON AS I TOOK IT OUT THE BOX, I LOVED IT..ITS AWESOME LIGHT EASY TO CARRY AROUND...I TAKE IT EVERY WHERE WITH ME...IM ADDICTED TO IT...AS SOON AS I GET HOME I GO ON IT...ITS LIKE MY NEW BABY...I HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT YET AND IVE BEEN DOWNLOADING AND SURFING THE WEB...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
