Where''s the Instruction Guide? / , CA   10/9/2008
I can only imagine that this product performs as rated as a 'customer pick'. Without an instruction booklet, I was unable to fully acquaint myself with this product. Only a Quickstart Guide is included. For me, I need written instructions and not told to refer to the website's Q&A page for my answers. I returned this product.

Bought two. One for each daughter and had them test it. It works great. It is perfect for capturing moments and loading onto the computer is very easy.

Ease of use, "simple as 1-2-3", lightweight, portable. Good Picture. Easy to watch videos on your TV w/cable thats included. Upload videos youtube, send videos to family members..LOVE IT SOO MUCH FUN TO USE!!!! Bought the little mini-tripod that goes with it so I can capture videos w/o the help of another person holding the camcorder. LOADS OF FUN, can pull it out of my purse and capture everything and anything w/o all the hassle of the bigger camcorders. Thx HSN for another winner&flex-pay!

I love this camcorder because its as easy as 1,2,3. I couldnt believe how fast I was able to use it. Im pregnant and Im recording everything that is happening since Im in my 9th month. I love that I can upload everything onto my computer. Its so easy, so convientant, in easy to handle.

The FLIP is unbelievable!!!!!!! I'ts Great. This little camcorder works just as good as the "BIG NAME CAMCORDERS, not to mention how EASY it is to use. I was useing it in less then 2 minutes after taking it out of the box. It's so little, you can take it everywhere. You can just pop it in your handbag and your always ready to capture whatever you want. Now I'm always ready to record my grandchildren and my pooch Noodles. Thank You Again HSN for bringing another excellent product to us.

This is a great little camcorder. I leave it in my purse and gab it when I think something fun is going to happen or when I just want to capture someone in the family. Will tape about 30 minutes or so. For the PRICE it is great. Do wish I could add more memory but even with that I LOVE IT !!! Worth it to carry around and capture the moment.

Great for the Electronically Challenged    9/1/2008
I usually don't comment, but this camera is "the exception". It is easy to use and I got excellent results from Flip's support. I prefer to record from my televison on my DVR, BUT have also recorded to my computer. Directions are simplified even for this grandmother. I carry it in my purse, with 14 grandchildren, I enjoy having it ready. I certainly recommend this camera for the electronically challenged (like me).

Come on now.....Cant imagine who is finding this camera and its quality acceptable. Apparently life long memories are not worth recording properly. No better than a play toy for my 5 year old, if you want a "small" camcorder, get the new JVC camcorder w/SD card and it still fits nicely in small purse. This camera is too restricted on its abilities and quality is terrible, so unless you have money to burn....dont bother OR get caught up in the hype! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

The easiest mini camcorder I have ever had! all you have to do is insert the batteries and you will be using it in 2 or 3 minutes. it automatically downloads the software from the camcorder for you the first time you plug it in to your computer. clear display and great quality for the price. would recommend it highly!!
