Worth every penny! / , VA

I purchased these boxes early this year and can honestly say that they are absolutely fantastic. We are fortunate to live near some u-pick farms, and we recently picked blackberries, which are not known for their long life span once picked. However, we picked them 13 days ago and I just used up the last ones in the box for a smoothie this morning. This is not a one-time thing, as I routinely get fresh fruit and store it in my green boxes to use with morning smoothies or the kids ice cream shakes. I too, am baffled as to why they seem to perform so poorly for others...perhaps items are being stored in the fridge or the seal is not on correctly, or the water is drained from the fruit or veggie before being placed in the container. Regardless, they definitely work for me and I will be purchasing some for Christmas gifts based on the excellent results I've achieved.

these green boxes have save me time and money, I LOVE them, any kinda of veggies or meat and bread stays fresh for a long time and it makes me so happy not to go food shopping every three days,SPECIALLY WITH MY BUSY LIFE,IT has saved my life to the best quality. the best product to make anyone LIFE EASIER AND save more than ever, LOVE It,, thank you for the invention

Quite honestly I was not happy with the bags, but this is the third set of green boxes I have purchased to share with family and friends. The large boxes are perfect to store romaine lettuce, celery, etc. that I buy in larger quantities at Costco and I haven't had to throw anything away since using your product. I also find fruits, especially strawberries, stay fresh a lot longer and there's no need to rush to use them for fear of spoiling.

I am sorry, you can't tell people to stop wasting their money by letting food spoil and to buy your "Green Boxes" as a money saver! They did nothing to extend the life of anything. All I did was waste even more money on these! The other problem is they don't fit well in the fridge and are not sized to even store a head of lettuce.

Wish I''d Read the Other Reviews Before I Ordered / , MD

The green boxes are sitting by my back door waiting to be given away or into the recycling bin this week. A brand new loaf of bread lasted only two days in the green box and was completely moldy. My family looked at me and asked what did I expect. I tried again on lettuce - no luck. I'm AFRAID to use them now hence their present location. Wow what a huge waste of money and disappointment.

I do not understand why some of the reviews are negative about these green boxes. I have been using them for several months. All of the fruits and vegetables have lasted so much longer in these (except bananas). Bananas seem to spoil faster in the boxes for me. But, lettuce (for example) stays so fresh and can be used days and days longer than in ANY other container. And, the lids are tight enough for a good seal, but are easy for "on and off". I would really recommend these...

Don't waste your money! These do not work. The lids are hard to get on and hard to get off. Bread gets moldy and fruit rots.

Wish I had read some of the reviews on these. They are no better than the plastic containers I buy lunchmeats in. Also, I find them very hard to open and close. Will start reading and heeding reviews more often.

Does not work as advertised

I put bagels in the box and they were moldy within 3 days! They claim these boxes are suppose to extend the life of whatever you place in them, that is not the case. I also had the problem with the soggy veggies as well.

I was extremely disappointed with this item because IT DOESN'T WORK. I tried her bags earlier this year and they also DO NOT WORK. As a vegetarian, my refrigerator is filled with vegetables. Glass pyrex containers work much better. Save your money, I wish I hadn't given this item a try. I am sorry I did not return them in time. Please don't sell products that make false claims and DO NOT WORK.
