Sould have stuck with my Tupperware... / , IN   9/11/2008
I suppose if you are willing to wipe out the moisture that forms in these containers every day then you can get them to work the way they are designed to do. But, then I can wipe the moisture out of my Tupperware and it will do the same thing. The oblong containers are just too big. The small round ones are just too small to be useful. I'm really diappointed. Should have returned them but I'll just use them to replace some of my older containers to make room for them.

This is the only thing that I have purchased from HSN that I need to leave a unfavorable review for. I didn't feel that they worked at all as promised. Pretty expensive for green tupperware. I should have returned it but didn't. I will use it. But it just is not what is promised.

Keep your Tuperware...    9/5/2008
These boxes appear to collect so much more moisture than other storage system & the moisture creates a smell. Bags are nice, but the boxes need re-design. Large box (bread size) is a waste keep your bread in the bag it comes in. Large box also is not convenient in frig because you can't reach it & take the lid off without taking everything out of the frig. It is a good idea but not a good implementation. Should remove from inventory and work on it some more.

Worked but    9/5/2008
These boxes have worked for what I needed, salad greens, fruit and mushrooms. A problem I found with them is parts of them break off, the tabs and the little lip on the bottom where they are molded into shape. But for keeping the food fresh, they did work for me.

I do not like the product. It did not work the way they made them out to work. I could have bought a cheaper set and got the same results or even better. If there is a way to make these boxes work better for me please let me know!!

Don''t Waste Your Money / , CA   9/3/2008
What Debbie doesn't tell you is that this works ONLY when you wipe the moisture that builds up EVERYDAY in these containers. Otherwise your food spoils or it doesn't taste very good. The bread doesn't stay fresh any longer than the bag it comes in. As a matter of fact it gets mold faster in the greenbox. I threw mine out because they were worthless and took up too much space.

Foul odor & taste to food / , NJ   8/28/2008
Sounded like a great invention...but I was very disappointed. Seemed to keep the food fresh a little longer but when you open the boxes you are hit with a foul odor and in some cases a bad taste to the food. Should have read the reviews before buying. Unfortunately too late to send back.

SO FAR, SO GREAT!! / , IL   8/28/2008
VERY PLEASED SO FAR. HAVE HAD TOMATOES 2-1/2 WEEKS & THEY'RE LIKE NEW! DITTO CUCUMBERS, RADISHES (PUT ONE IN A PLASTIC BAG ALSO AS A TEST & IT WILTED-THE ONES IN GRN BOX DID NOT) & LETTUCE (& MORE). WAS SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED THAT MY BAKERY BREAD GOT A LITTLE MOLD AFTER A WEEK (NOT REFRIGERATED). VERY HAPPY WITH THEM - UNLIKE THE GRN BAGS. USED THE GRN BAGS BEFORE & THE ONLY THING THEY WORKED ON WAS SMALL FRESH PICKLES. ALSO, TOO HARD TO FIGURE OUT IF I'D USED THEM 10 TIMES. NICE WORK, DEBBIE!

Not worth the money / , OH   8/28/2008
My main concern is the lids do not fit well. When you do get them on, it is almost impossible to get them off. The moisture that collects is awful. Do not have time to wipe them everyday. Also, the small ones are useless for fruits, vegetables or baked goods.

GREENBOXES DON''T WORK! / , LA   8/27/2008
I've been using DM GreenBags for many years with tremendous satisfaction. Baby spinach, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, strawberries, etc...all lasted until the next shopping trip and stayed as fresh as the day I bought them; HOWEVER, the GreenBoxes DO NOT WORK. I just opened the large container full of fresh strawberries bought 5 days ago--they are all moldy and now in the trash. I dropped a small potato on the lid of the other large container and it cracked in several places. Very disappointed!
